Michael did a fabulous job taking care of Helio while I was away for a family visit. He sent consistent updates and cute photos. If I had any questions, he answered promptly. He was also flexible about a date change during the booking. I never had to worry and Helio seemed very happy and well-cared-for when I returned. I would definitely book with Michael again. :)

Michael was great! It was the first time we left our puppy and it was so reassuring to know he was in good hands with Michael. We just came home to a very happy dog! We would definitely have Michael watch our dog again. He was super great at communicating and sent us daily pictures.

Michael cared for our stubborn Bulldogs over the Thanksgiving holiday and even took care of a poorly timed furniture delivery while we were away. The house was in great shape when we returned. We received regular updates from him and pictures of the dogs. We hope he will be interested to sit for us again.

I highly recommend Michael. He stayed at our home and watched our mischievous JRT, Sydney, during our 12 day trip. Michael was very responsive and met with us twice in advance of our trip. He provided periodic updates and sent the cutest photos of Syd. We will definitely request him again.

Michael is AMAZING! He did a spectacular job caring for our 2 labs and kitty (as well as our home) and they absolutely loved him! He was also fantastic at keeping us updated, and sending some of the best photos I've ever seen of our pets! :-) I can't recommend Michael highly enough and look forward to him continuing to be a part of our extended family!

Michael’s profile caught my eye as he is younger and male like my adult sons whom my two dachshunds love. Further, he noted that he has experience with older canines as well as those with special needs which describe each of the dogs. Michael’s amazingly quick and ever-so-conversational text and phone responses, before he came, during his two day stay and immediately following his visit were impressive to me. The dogs were in the palm of his hand within 5 seconds of his arriving for the get-acquainted meeting. Never have I seen them so enthralled with anyone. This enabled me to leave them with confidence. I returned to happy dogs and an orderly house. Did Michael meet expectations? Absolutely and beyond. Will I seek him out again? Absolutely and always. My only little suggestion, not for Michael but for the Rover system, is I found the endless Rover emails documenting each of the exchanges by text of Michael and I annoying. Couldn’t they be wrapped up together into one communication/time period?

Michael is our favorite sitter for our cat and dog. He’s so good with both of them. We’ve had him drop in on both of them for two of our out of town trips now. He always sends pictures of them from his check-ins which gives us peace of mind. When our litter robot got stuck, he also fixed it. You can absolutely trust Michael with your home and your pets. Michael was great with our elderly boxer. He kept us updated with how our dog was doing and sent pictures as well. He was quick to respond to any questions that we had and we felt very comfortable having him dog sit. We would recommend Michael to anyone looking for a dog sitter. Thank you!

This is my 2nd time booking him and I'd definitely book him again. I didn't ever feel like I had to reach out to him to check up on our monsters. He even sent us photos of our cats who wasn't booked for. One of them is skittish and she actually came out to say hi to him. He picked up after the babies and also put the sheets and towels in the washer. The house was left the way we left it. Highly recommend him and will re--use him.

Michael has housesit for us multiple times over the last 2 years. He is a very caring and dependable dog sitter. He has prevailed through sick dogs, PGE power outages, our delayed flights, and kitchen remodeling! Our 2 dogs love him.

Michael is a reliable guy I left him with a house that I was going to sell. He had to deal with contractors coming and going. I felt bad leaving him with all this disturbances. A real champ! Breya was well taken care of. I came home to a clean home. He is the best!

Would definitely recommend him and use him again. He kept the line of communication open before and during. Sent me updates when he checked in that everything was ok, which made me at ease while I was on vacation. I did not have to worry about my babies. He even picked up the toys and piled it in one area, which it was all scattered everywhere prior. Before he left he messaged me with an update, made the bed, threw towels in the washer. Michael hwlped out not only with pet sitting but also meeting an electrician for an alarm problem during his stay. Seemed very professional, showing up on time for our meetings and communicating frequently while we were gone. I’ll use him again.
