My Bear is often misunderstood. Ross got him to consider that his anxiety might be overcome, he earned his trust in a caring way so that my dog could become a (temporary) welcome member of his household. I really appreciated his sharing his read on behaviour he noticed then addressed as necessary. After 3.5 weeks with Ross, Bear resumed his place in his obedience classes and will start his graduation process next week! Bear has been with me 3 years and has been challenged with his pack skills due to his nerves. He has "broken out of his shell" and become a happier guy overall. I am gratelul for the care he received at Ross' home.

Ross and Melissa are great! They have an awesome space and were able to pick up and drop off our dog! They sent pictures every day and even offered grooming before the end of our dog stay.

Ross and Melissa are so accommodating. For our spiring break this year we had a lot of moving pieces with planning and on our way home some flight delays. They kindly accommodated our changing schedule. Buster always has a great time cuddling and playing with other pups. Thank you!

Preston had a blast staying with Ross. Got multiple updates every day.

Our dog had lots of outside time to play with other dogs and nap in the sun in the fenced backyard. Daily photos and updates from hosts let us know he was being well cared for. Appreciated the opportunity for a meet n' greet and discussion on our dogs' needs and habits before leaving him the first time. Drop off/pick up was easy.

Anita had a great time! We got lots of pictures while she was there. She was well cared for while there. I really appreciate it, and plan to bring her back again.

Ross was great! Met him for a meet and greet beforehand as this was my first time user rover for my pup and the first time I was leaving her in two years! (Insert crazy dog mom anxiety!!) After meeting him I was so relieved, he had taken care of Great Danes in the past and this is his full time job so I felt confident leaving her with him. Plus she has great intuition and liked him from the start lol After dropping her off I was of course sad but he sent me so many updates and pictures throughout the day - treating her like an absolute queen! After coming home it took her two days to get all her usual puppy energy back- she was so tired from playing with all her friends and this mom was so thankful for a break after coming back from vaca into the work week ?? 100% would use him again!

Ross offers nothing but the best care for the dogs. Our dog has a lot of energy and he worked well with him. I would recommend to any of my friends with fur babies. He was responsive, sent great pictures and gave our dog all the love.

Ross & Melissa were wonderful. Our dog had such a wonderful time in their home. They sent many pictures. I definitely recommend them to take care of your precious dogs.

Ross & Melissa are amazing! I had never left my Goliath with a sitter before and they loved on him like their own! Loved all the photo updates every day I was gone! They even allowed him to stay an extra night when my flight was delayed! I will definitely book them again!

Ross, is one of the best. He loves our dogs and treats them incredibly well. He especially liked our German Shepard Zeus. He also does incredible work as a groomer at 1/3 the price of our professional groomer but just as good if not better. He is an incredible communicator and we got regular updates and photos while we were away. I would recommend him to anyone.

Leaving our puppies with Ross and Melissa for 7 days was one of the best things we could have done for them! They were treated with love and care and we were sent so many pictures. We never felt like we didn’t have an update. On top of that we forgot a few things when we picked up our pups and Ross swung by and dropped them off when he was in the area!

Ross and Melissa were amazing! We boarded our puppy with them for six days and we’re nervous about leaving him for so long but they made it a lot easier with daily updates and pictures of my pup. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

I am a nurse and have worked since the beginning of COVID! I have never had a dog and got my fur baby to help with my anxiety. When i decided to take a trip i had to board my baby. Ross keep my lil guy for 6 nights...Absolutely amazing experience. He was professional, kind, caring, thoughtful and engaging!!!! Enough said. My baby will be a regular with him.

Ross and Melissa are AWESOME as always. We always feel comfortable leaving our Mies behind as we know he will be safe and have fun with other dogs.

Holy Cow Ross! You were amazing from one dog sitter to another, I have full faith in your work and it shows! My pup was picked up from your boarding and just completely knocked out! She had so much fun interacting with other dogs and enjoying a full fenced in yard! I will DEFINITELY REBOOK!

Great first experience using Rover. Ross and Mel were great and provided updates and pictures throughout the day which kept us connected to our pet. He was always very prompt in his responses and and with pickup and drop off. Would highly recommend Ross and Mel!!
