Hao and co were super attentive and sent us updates the entire time. Our girls came back happy and exhausted!

Hao and his team are very professional and great with communication. With Lula's first booking, I was given detailed information on how they operate with a scheduled routine which I appreciate. Lula has enjoyed her first two daycare visits and never wants to leave when I pick her up. She comes home tired from all the fun she's had at daycare thanks to Hao and his team!

Chicken came home so excited to have joined the Pup Squad! They’ve built a great facility where he had plenty of room to run with the other dogs or take a quiet break whenever he felt like it, and lots of exciting smells to sniff 😆 They sent pics and updates throughout the day, and when we picked him up he was tired and so happy. Thank you pup squad, he can’t wait to go back!!

It was so awesome to get pictures of our dogs while they were with Hao and Xiaochen!!! We could tell they were well taken care of! So wonderful to go away and not worry about our dogs! It makes a vacation so much better! Thank you so much!!!

Hao was awesome. He was easy to communicate with, shared photos and videos, and it was clear Hobbes was happy. I would love if he were able to stay with Hao again.

Hao and his team (Nathan & Emily) were phenomenal!! We needed someone last minute and they were incredibly helpful, flexible but still detailed in their approach and communication. They balance it perfectly. Their backyard setup was great, space to play, clean, shaded. Our pups came home from their all day daycare tired and happy each night! Thank you!!!

Fozzie had a great time playing with the other dogs and seemed happy. They were great to send pictures 2x/day to keep us up to date. Will definitely use them again.

Emily did an amazing job taking care of our puppies this last trip. We received plenty of photos and updates of our fur babies during their stay. It’s always nice to know K&T are in good hands with Hao and team!

Hao was very organized and intentional. He had a great schedule for the dogs and I was very impressed. Smith had a a great time. They have a big back yard for the dogs to play in and explore. Hao sent daily pictures and videos updating us on our dog. I would recommend Hao 10/10 times.

Hao was very responsive and I loved the daily updates. We received about 4 pics a day with updates. He was very detailed with the daily schedules he sets for the dogs. I love the fact he lets each dog out one at a time to meet your dog for the first time so it doesn’t overwhelm them. You can tell he truly cares about the dogs. We will definitely be using Hao again.

Would definitely recommend Hao!! I would leave 10 star rating if I could. He sends pictures daily and a video every couple of days, and it looks like our dog had a blast staying with him and his family! Thank you!
