Mark and his family went well above and beyond my expectations with boarding my girl. Mark was very accommodating with a last minute booking. The updates he sends a couple times a day really helped to reassure me as I had not boarded Mai before so I didn't know how she would react. I will definitely call on Mark again if the circumstances arise to need a place for Mai to go. Mark truly has a way with animals and I'm happy to have found him and his family! Thank you for everything and treating my Mai Rose as one of your own!

Mark was very responsive whenever I needed anything. He sent updates via text and photos as well, which reassured us while out of town. Ranger seems a little sad now that he’s home. I think he wanted to stay at Mark’s longer! We will definitely use Mark in the future!

First time using the app and first time with Mark, Mark did a great job with my dog. I have used K9 kutz and other facilities for boarding and always see a little bit of personality changes with my dog but after boarding with Mark, my dog has the same happy go lucky attitude when I dropped him off. I will 100% use him again.

there was a last minute concern that Mark would be unable to watch our fur babies for multiple reasons. But he knew our circumstances and he made it work. He took great care of our girls and made sure to address all of their needs and work with them and the other dogs he was watching. I am very pleased with how everything turned out and if we are back in the area will rebook with him. Highly recommend.
