Marissa was 100% the right dog sitter for our little baby Bean, and for us. Marissa was communicative, open, responsive, considerate, and truly seemed like she wanted to understand all of our needs for this trip. Before confirming the booking we were able to meet Marissa at her home and see where Bean would be spending her time. Marissa asked relevant and important questions, allowed us to ask questions, and was very open to any potential problem solving. We had no concerns or apprehensions about leaving Bean for the week. During the week, Marissa gave us daily updates with photos so we could see how Bean was doing. Knowing that by the second day Bean was already nudging her for more pets told us everything we needed to know about how Bean was feeling. Our timid, shy, nervous, scared, and apprehensive dog was comfortable enough to initiate being touched. Knowing that our little girl was not only safe but comfortable made it so much easier to enjoy our vacation. And when we were exhausted and tired and miserable after a long travel day home, she offered to drop Bean off at home. Marissa is amazing and Bean clearly loves her. We plan to rebook soon!
