Amazing per usual! Thanks Carol, you rock!

FIVE STARS! I was new to Rover and was a little concerned, but Carol was simply fantastic. Most importantly, I arrived home from vacation to two happy dogs and an intact house. I could not have asked for anything better! First, Carol was responsive to my inquiry, communicated effectively and timely, and was very, very kind. Second, she scheduled a time to meet with my dogs and I, and it was very apparent that she is an animal person; once I told her the appropriate commands, the dogs responded well to her (and I'm not sure they wanted her to leave!). I remember vividly from our meet-and-greet that one of my two dogs was just leaning on her, willing her to stay and play. Third, she was easy to keep in touch with and kept me updated throughout the stay; I felt so relieved to get photos, videos, and message updates. I forgot to tell Carol that one of the dogs might go to her "hiding spot" and, when Carol could not find the dog, she calmly (and promptly) contacted me to discuss the issue. I will certainly use Carol again, and I highly recommend her!

Carol was absolutely amazing; I definitely recommend her. I had to book a stay last minute and she was more than accommodating, and even came to me to do a meet and greet with Bobo which was very reassuring. I received daily text and picture updates and one of the days she even took Bobo on a day hike and for dessert (treats!) afterward :) I cannot recommend her enough. She's awesome!!
