My dog was left in Luis’ care for 12 days. She was dropped off freshly bathed with a new bed and supplies. During my trip I reached out for an update and I know my dog, so I requested a video because I was concerned. Well, rightly so because I picked up a dog and bed that smelled disgusting, of urine and feces. We brought her home to clean her up had her outside to dry off then her bark was concerning. You ever scream at a concert for far too long? Just imagine that, strained. I’ve used rover many times and have never had an issue. With all that being said please don’t leave your pet under their care or at the least scroll further down for more reviews.

Great experience! Excellent communication throughout, and very flexible with pickup time when we were delayed due to vacation traffic. We really appreciated the understanding and care. Would absolutely recommend and use again in the future!

Luis is great. My pup came home smiling and tired.

Although Luis and his family were extremely friendly, and Luna was returned safe and sound we do feel like communication wasn’t great. We had to frequently, check in and ask for updates, and the Photos/responses we did get were very blurry and short. She did come back smelling terrible like she was kept around urine but is happy and high energy upon returning home.

Luis did such a great job taking care of my pups. I would highly reccomend Luis’ services to anyone and everyone. My dogs had a great time with him and were truly cared for.

Luis was fantastic! My dogs enjoyed their stay so much! We had an unexpected need to extend our trip and they were very flexible with extending! I wound highly recommend them to take care of your fur babies!

My dog Paisley is sometimes fussy about meeting other dogs, and she did well with Luis. She made friends easily with another tail wagger, and they stay was very nice.

Luis is a great guy, very reliable and my puppy always leaves tired and happy!

Excellent communication, they were ready and waiting for us on pick up and drop off. Our dog seemed comfortable with them. We hardly ever use pet sitting because we don't travel much so I expected our dog to be pretty anxious. I read other review on Luis prior to scheduling and happy to announce our dog didn't come back smelling like pee. Their location is convenient too right near highway 84 so we didn't have to go out of the way for our trip.
