I found Liza (River) to be a compassionate, responsible care giver who gave Katy and Buddy lots of attention, exercise and loving. She kept me informed of their activities sending many pics of their activities throughout her stay. I felt very confident leaving Katy and Buddy with her, knowing they would be well looked after.

River took such great care of our 4 pets and home while we were away. River sent beautiful pictures of our pets and we could tell that they all looked so happy and well cared for 🩵🩵 River was accommodating for our dogs and brought them to their favourite parks and gave them both some grooming love too! I hope to be able to book you every time we go away!! Thank you so much.

Liza took great care of my dog over the Holiday. She was on time, took good care of the dog and house, sent a lot of great photos, and JB was a happy pup when I got home! Hope to see Liza again!

This was our first time using Rover and it was amazing, despite the anxiety of leaving our furry friends for the weekend. River made us feel very secure that our buddy's would be well cared for and our house would be safe. With all River's experience with animals it added to the feeling of security and I wouldn't want to book with anyone else!! Came home to happy animals and a clean house. Very much appreciated and would recommend River to anyone and everyone! ❤️

Lisa is incredible! This was our first time using a service for our dog, so it was a difficult decision to have some new watch our do, and spend the time doing it from our home. While Lisa stayed at our home, we agreed for her to bring her dog as well, who played with ours all the time and is such a good boy. So kind, easy going, friendly and playful. She took our dog for walks, drives, to see Christmas lights, to her animal sanctuary, all with advance permission of course. She communicates all the time, sent pictures, videos and comments about the fun he is having, keeping me always in the loop. When we arrived home, our house was in perfect condition. I actually wondered if it was cleaner then we had left it! :) I highly recommend Lisa, without a doubt. She is so kind, friendly, and so lovely. We will definitely be hiring her again and plan on hopefully setting up play dates with her dog and ours as well. Thank you so very much Lisa!

Liza did a fabulous job with my dogs. The house was tidy, the dogs were tired and she will definitely be coming back.

I cannot say more about how pleased we were with River! They stayed in our home with our dog for a week while we were in Mexico. I was nervous leaving him for a week but he couldn’t have been in better hands :) River sent us daily pictures and videos and gave him a grooming and cut his nails. We came home to fresh sheets on the bed, a sparkling house and a happy dog. We will use River again and again 🤍🤍🤍🤍

Liza was an absolute gem!! This was our first time using Rover . We would highly recommend this service. Liza was absolutely amazing . Jasper is a 16 year old dog and needed a lot of monitoring care . Liza took excellent care of him while we were away from three weeks. I can only say positive things above her and her care to pets. I would trust her and her services again without a doubt . She is an absolute gem of a person and anyone and their pets will love her ! Hands down one of the best decisions we have made . She will continue to be in our lives … she is that great of a person and she deserves the best so please don’t hesitate to use her caring pet services …

We left our dog Bolt with Liza and Kai and the experience was fantastic. It was our first time leaving our dog and we weren't quite such what to expect. They communicated extremely well and provided updates throughout his stay. It's abundantly clear that Liza and Kai are animal lovers and that they are very knowledgeable on animal behaviour. Their dog is SO cute, which was the cherry on top. I can't say enough great things about this experience and would recommend them to anyone!

Today was my dog’s first stay with LIza and Kai and I was very impressed with the level of service. It is very handy having them in the village of Merrickville and I love that their hours of pickup and delivery are so flexible. I will definitely be using this service again and highly recommend!
