Laura is always so friendly ,polite and caring towards Toffee. She has been nothing but flexible when it comes to a last minute change. She is so pleasant and understanding with anything. Most of all, Toffee loves her and really enjoys her walks. I believe the walks in the week have really helped Toffee with her training. Highly recommended to anyone!
