Lana took wonderful care if our pup Jack, so important since he gets insulin injections 2 times a day. She was on time and left us a report and picture each time. very much appreciated, would definitely book her if needed in the future

Lana came to our house to take care of our cats and fish while we were away. It was the first time we had someone come into our home and it worked out seamlessly. Lana sent pictures of the cats and even put the litter garbage bag out for the trash before we came home! We were exceptionally pleased with the care Lana gave our pets and would highly recommend her.

This was the first time we used Rover AND the first time we were boarding our dog. Lana was very responsive, caring, and had so many great reviews that we scheduled a meet and greet. Very sweet and accommodating

My experience with Lana has been nothing but top notch from the moment I reviewed her profile, until picking up my cat yesterday. Being I never boarded my 10.5 year old cat before and my first time ever using Rover, naturally I was quite skeptical. Lana eliminated all my fears almost immediately. She was very kind and helpful through the whole experience. Never using the app before, i set up the reservation completely wrong. She noticed and fixed the issue immediately and informed me, which saved me a good amount of money. She could have easily said nothing and i probably would have never even noticed, but this proves the type of integrity she has! Also, shortly after setting the dates, i had to move the dates of my flight and vacation to 3 weeks later. I informed her as soon as I knew and she had no issues accommodating and changed the reservation right away. You can tell she has a passion and strong background knowledge on how to care for mostly any type of animal, the moment you have your initial meet & greet. She kept me informed with messages and pictures during the whole 8 days. Her communication is superb. Its easy to see why she has gotten over 150 5-star reviews and 19 repeat clients. I plan to be her 20th repeat client for all future pet care needs. I highly reccommend Lana to everyone out there looking for a pet sitter who not only leaves you with 0 worries, but makes the whole process stress-less and easy!

Lana deserves 10+ stars! She was so caring with our two dogs and took such great care of them! I am an overprotective dog mom who can rarely relax when I’m away, but Lana’s check ins, pictures and notes put my mind at ease all week. I will use Lana for as long as she continues to work with dogs!!!

Lana is great! We have never had a sitter for our dog before and was very nervous - as he is 16 and cries a lot when we are not near him. But Lana has taken such great care of our baby (who’s not so much a baby anymore lol) and it feels so nice to trust someone with our dog who means the world to us. Thank you for being the best Lana! Lana was great and easy to work with!

I tried booking Lana multiple times and she would not respond for days….so each time I would need to cancel with her and find someone else. When I cancelled our last booking due to not hearing from her, she sent me a very rude and unprofessional message. I do not recommend her.

I get a bit overwhelmed when I read reviews. After a while I’m more unsure then I was before the feedback over saturation. I’m going to just say it simply…Lana is fantastic and I hope she never leaves Rover or moves away! I trust her completely and she’s great with our pets.

Lana is wonderful. I come home and my dogs are happy and well taken care of. Since the first visit, i've been using her services 2-3 times a week and its been a tremendous help while my work place is short staffed. Highly recommend her.

We are new to Rover and Lana could not have put us more at ease. She has a great demeanor and such a chill vibe with our pets. And since I am a bit type A it was a perfect vibe for me too!
