KristyAnn is truly an amazing sitter and animal lover. She looked in on our 2 cats while we were away for a week and we couldn’t have put them (or our home) in better hands. We also loved the pictures and videos we received. Thank you KristyAnn!

From my first contact with Kristy, I was satisfied and pleased that she would take good care of my dog. She sent me fur-baby pictures while we were traveling and he looked and seemed very comfortable and right at home in her care. Kristy Ann loves animals and she takes care of them as is they were her own. I am very pleased with the care he was given and am grateful for this service Rover provides to animal lovers who will pet sit in their home. I will use her again as I can tell he enjoyed his stay with her and taken care of very well.

Kristy Ann has both the patience and the love of a Saint. My 12 year old super high maintenance Deci was with my mom for 10 years, was never at home alone, and had never stayed the night away in a different environment, with other dogs, and with non-family members. So I was super worried to leave her knowing that she gets anxious. Kristy helped socialize her with the other pets and even got her on an eating schedule (without being hand fed) in just 3 nights. The pictures of Deci with other dogs and the videos she sent with how-to feeding tips were helpful and put my mind at ease. Deci will not be going to any other sitter. I live in Tucker and Kristy Ann in Kennesaw, but the peace of mind is with every mile.

I love everything about Kristy Ann and the way she loves on my babies. She knows sooooo much and has a fully detailed report about how they did, who they got along with and even goes so far as to suggest playdates between owners. My Leo is a super high energy love bug and she keeps up with him without a problem while taking care of feeding, medicines, exercising him and everything else. He gets so depressed the first day back home. He truly loves and misses her. I'd give 20 stars if I could!

Good communication, not excessive texting but just enough to give you peace of mind. She let’s you enjoy your time off. Lucky was happy and energetic when we picked him up. For sure she will sit our Lucky again.

KristyAnn is awesome! Regardless of how long I leave my pup for she keeps me in the know and sends super cool pics of my Shih Tzu’s stay. My Sasha can have really bad anxiety but she takes to KristyAnn as if she’s known her all her life. I wont take her to anyone else. ❤️

Kristy is the Best!!!!! I can always depend on her whether is planned or last minute she is always available. I’ve never in my like seen some one so compassionate and loving when it comes to fur babies. She is the only one I know I can trust and drop him off and not have an un easy feeling about my baby. And Jax loves her. I have to b careful at home when I mention Kristy name. Because when I do he gets overly excited,, Where ever Kristy goes I will most definitely follow. She treats my jaxie like her own. We love Kristy. I don’t know what she does to him but when I pick him up he is exhausted, She sends me pictures videos and updates of my jaxie Pooh and I love it!! Hands down Kristy is the best Sitter Ever!!!

0 STARS! DO NOT BOOK WITH KRISTYANN. Our experience with KristyAnn was so bad that we actually canceled her services in the middle of the reservation!! And called Rover to complain ( not that it did any good). She kept having to reschedule coming over to meet me and my pets so I should have known then it was going to be a problem. She agreed to come to our house 3 times a day for 30 mins each but was only coming for 14-20 mins at a time and was coming at midnight and 2am. My dog is old so this was hard on her. The final straw was when she didn’t show up for the morning feeding/medicine dose until 1130 which meant my dog hadn’t been out in almost 12 hours. Her coming and goings daily was so sporadic and she was not staying as we agreed and paid for so we felt she was not giving our pets the best care and safety so we termed the contract mid week. She has hundreds of great reviews but if you read them carefully they are for her watching pets in her home not in yours! There was another complaint against her for the very same issues we had and I wished I seen it before I hired and paid her. I’d never recommend KristyAnn or Rover.com again.

Molly Mae had a fantastic first stay with Kristy! Kristy stayed in touch and it definitely helped with the anxiety of leaving Molly Mae with someone new. It was greatly appreciated! We will book Jristy again. Thank you!

Oh my gosh. KRISTyANN took such good care of my babies. She was took awesome pics of them and kept me posted. TMolly and Max loved her dog Dottie as well as the other dogs she was keeping. They became so socialized. Will definately reccomend her to others as well as try day care occasionally . Thank you so much.

Kristy was wonderful with Marshall! She sent tons of updates and felt sure he was having a blast. Would definitely recommend her to friends and use her again for our furbaby!
