Kristen was so wonderful with our two pups! She went above and beyond and will definitely be our go to puppy sitter when we are out of town! She was very responsive throughout the process and so sweet. We always get nervous to leave our pups, but she made us feel very confident they were in good hands. She sent great photos. They got plenty of exercise and seemed so happy and calm when we got home. She even washed the sheets and made sure our house was clean and left us a sweet card to fill us in on how they did. Definitely recommend!

Kristen was FANTASTIC! She came and met our pup before her first sitting with us. Sent us photos and updates, and was genuinely excited to spend time with our dog. She listened to all of our care instructions and we came home to a happy healthy excited pup. As well she left our apartment looking like nobody had ever been there. She is a passionate, caring and trustworthy sitter who we will certainly be booking again, and recommending to our friends and co-workers. She really is a sitter that will go above and beyond to make sure you're at ease about the care of your dog while you're gone. Kristen is excellent-- communicative, prompt, and most importantly, excellent with our dog. This was our first experience with Rover and could not be happier. Kristen came by to meet our dog the week prior and even took notes as to better remember specifics. She sent us pictures while we were away of our dog which was a nice touch and even a card with the last time our dog had been fed so that coming home was seamless. Overall: we LOVE Kristen and will have no hesitation to ask her to watch our dog in the future.

I cannot say enough about Kristen! She really is an amazing sitter. She was so kind, caring, communicative, and truly went out of her way for our animals. I have a one year old coonhound who really knows how to be a pain, a 16 year old shih tzu that needs medication and a good amount of care due to his age, a glutton of a cat, some fish and plants. Our animals are not the easiest to look after but truly looked happy to be in her care. My old man dog doesn't usually care for new people but was attached to her hip during the duration of her stay, that says something hahah! our flight was delayed and nearly cancelled, she was more than willing to sit for our babies until we could get home. When we finally did get home she went above and beyond with the cleaning, the bed was beautifully made, floors were vacuumed and swept, towels were washed, dishes done. She absolutely did not have to do that but the fact that she did goes to show what kind of sitter she is. If you use Kristen you will be receiving excellent care for your animals. She deserves every penny and then some. I will definitely be using her again and recommending to others.

Kristen was amazing! We were scheduled to go out of town and our non-Rover pup sitter fell through at the last minute - not only was she quickly available, but she did such a fantastic job taking care of our high energy Aussie. We had her stopping by our home twice daily to feed, play, and walk our dog. She was easily accessible, sent photos and detailed updates, and was an all around a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend her more highly, she's definitely our go-to pet sitter now!

Kristen was very professional and prompt when we meet, she came prepared to take notes about our pets likes, dislikes and routines. She seemed genuinely interested in their happiness and well being. It was great peace is mind knowing our fur babies were in good hands! I'm addition to watching our pets she also house sat for us. Everything was in good order and tidy when I came home, she even laundered the sheets and remade the bed. We will definitely use Kristen again in the future.

Kristen met us at a meet and greet earlier in the week. The dogs absolutely loved her at once. She arrived as scheduled for the weekend, she communicated by phone and sent photos of the dogs during the weekend. The dogs were happy and it was as though I never left.
