Absolutely amazing experience. She watched my dog Hazel over Christmas and took such great care of her. I received daily updates, which gave me so much peace of mind, and it was clear Hazel was genuinely happy and well cared for the entire time. She took Hazel on long walks every day, kept her active, and treated her like her own. When I picked her up, Hazel came back happy, and looked like she had a great time. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would 100% trust her again. Highly recommend.

Very nice person. She got along well with the dogs. Dogs were happy and healthy when I got home. She responded to messages very quickly, and communication was clear, and she was on time. A few things I didn't like, such as finding dry poop marks on my kitchen floor when I got home, which means either the dogs pooped inside or someone tracked poop into the house; either way, it shouldn't have happened. Small things, such as not bringing the trash cans back to the house for three days, letting the dog on the couch, and leaving them alone for hours at a time. In all fairness, for someone who is brand new to my dogs to come in and keep them alive and entertained for 4 days, she did a good job, and I would hire her again.

Kelsey provided exceptional pet-sitting services while we were away, staying at our home to care for our dog. She went above and beyond to ensure our dog's well-being, providing regular updates and even going the extra mile to keep our home tidy. Didn’t follow any directions. Brought people to my house that shouldn’t have even there, didn’t give my dogs antibiotics. Came 2.5 hours late. Left 1.5 hours early

Our dog appeared to be ok after 17 days away. Frequency of communication could be improved. The apartment was left not as clean as we left it with several personal items ieft behind. She insisted on leaving before we returned home siting health reasons.

Kelsey was fantastic. Great communication and left our home spotless! We could tell Sadie received lots of exercise and attention.

Do NOT use this dog/ house sitter! This was the worst dog sitting experience I've had. Kelsey does not follow instructions, nor does she have any respect for others' property. How she has 5 stars is beyond me. I became suspicious when she sent me a photo and my dogs' toy bin was covered with the monogrammed/decorative blank from the back of a chair. I was baffled as to why she wouldn't want them to play with their toys. I have a non-recording video camera that seldom works when I am overseas, however, I was on wifi and tried to check it, and it worked. I have screenshot evidence that they were in their kennels from 8 pm to 8 am the following day. I explicitly stated the dogs are only allowed to be in the kennel for 4-6 hours and only if you leave the house. I assumed she was gone and contacted Rover at 8 am, along with neighbors, to check on them as Kelsey was not responding, and my puppy was crying. I previously told her he needs to go out between 7 am-8 am. I had no idea if she was in the apartment or was ok. It turns out she just didn't want them in the bed and was sound asleep. Things only got worse. I'll try to be quick and just put the worst. 1. I was unpacking upon arriving home and found my puppy chewing on a grape! I then found four more grapes underneath my bed in my bedroom. I, unfortunately, assumed a good sitter would know how toxic grapes are to dogs and would use caution. I am beyond furious at the danger she put my dogs in. 2. Kelsey did not follow the directions on how to feed my dogs. I showed her AND had it typed up, yet she did not feed them proper proportions. I also found adult food in my puppy's bowl. 3. She rearranged all my furniture and didn't put it back. That wouldn't be that big of a deal on its own, but when I moved it back, there were plastic beads everywhere, and my puppy ate one before I could pick them all up. 4. She either withheld water from the dogs or neglected to fill the bowl even though I said they were to have water access 24/7. 5. My kitchen was an absolute disaster when I came home. I'll stop here. Needless to say, I will NEVER use this sitter or rover again. It's clear my dogs were not her priority.

Kelsey did an amazing job with our pups. They were happy and healthy. They got into a little snafu over a bone, and she was quick to call and notify us. Appreciated everything she did. Highly recommend to anyone.

Kelsey watched my dog Riley for me over the Memorial Day weekend! He can be a somewhat difficult dog with separation anxiety and is aggressive towards other dogs. But she did a great job watching my boy over the weekend! He’s happy and healthy and had a great time while we were gone!

The absolutely best, as always. My girls are treated like princesses with Kelsey! Thank you for loving our fur babies like we do! 💕

Kelsey was wonderful with Fernando. She took him on walks and to the dog park. He was very happy. We will use her again when we go out of town. Thank you for taking such good care of him.

Kelsey did a great job watching our home and dogs. Our dogs seem a little disappointed that we're home, we hope they get back to normal soon, they seem to miss the sitter??? Will definitely use again.

Kobe had a great time at Kelsey’s house. She has a great fenced in yard in a nice neighborhood and sent us a lot of pictures of them playing and having fun.
