My dog stayed with Kelly for four days while i was on vacation. She was very flexible with the pick up and drop off times which i loved. I had a delay at the airport and she accommodated me very well. While i was away i did have to request pics and updates for him. I usually don’t have to do that the sitter usually sends throughout the days and it is what helps keep my mind at ease. I found myself wondering what he was doing a lot. My only recommendation would be to send pics and updates so that the owner would feel at ease while the pet is in your care. Overall my dog retuned safe and sound.

Most importantly, I picked my dog up and found a lump near her ribs as a child would have if they bumped her head. She did not have it when I dropped her off 48 hrs prior. I reached out to Kelly multiple times about it and she did not reply, despite responding in less than 5 minutes before I booked and while she had my dog. I’m not sure what happened to my dog or why she was all of a sudden bruised :(( 1. When I left to drop my Dog off I sent her a message to tell her I was on my way and she told me that she was not home but I could leave my dog with her daughter. When I arrived her daughter was may be 13 or 14 years old and her young son who is probably nine or eight was there as well. Kelly said she was coming straight there and I was also headed out of town with little options so I left my pup (mistake) 2. I told the daughter AND Kelly to walk my dog with her harness. She sent me a photo of her being walked, no harness ???? 3. I have an AirTag on my dog, I can see when and where she travels.. it was my first time leaving her and I could see that she was not being walked nearly enough which leads into #4 4. Accidents. She said my dog had accidents in her home but there was already a urine stench when we arrived.. maybe she was marking or anxious because of the other dogs present, but she’d never had any accidents with me 5. Food. I pre portioned out enough food for the time she was there and like another review said, when I picked her up there were 2 servings left ??? Again, could be that she was nervous but I’d never seen her not eat before *WOULD NOT RECOMMEND*

Kelly is amazing!! She is so knowledgeable and was very patient and understanding with our anxious fur baby. She even gave us tips on how to help him with his anxiety and provided updates while we were away. Thank you Kelly!!

She was great!!

Kelly was amazing, I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. She was very calm and relaxed, and her own dogs were very friendly and well-behaved, which all says to me that she knows how to care for dogs and keep stress levels low while they're away from family. Mae stayed with her for about 1.5 weeks while I recovered from surgery, and when I got her back she was happy and exhausted, which says to me that she got enough exercise and had a good time. She's a higher energy dog, so that's saying something. She was also very good with communication and responding quickly to any questions I had. Will definitely look for her when booking again. Kelly was a great caregiver for our pup. This was our first overnight Rover and our pup seemed to have a great time. He loved playing with her dogs. We are still in the new parent phase so would have loved a few more updates because we are *extra needy* but she provided a few updates daily which was great! Would definitely come back!

Kelly is awesome! My dog Marbles seemed to have a great time playing with the other dogs and her kids. She’s also great at communicating and flexible with pick up time. We will definitely be going back!

Kelly was very professional and took good care of my senior dog. She as very communicative, she sent pictures, and kept me updated during Bugzys stay at her house. I think Bugzy enjoyed playing with her kids.
