Katy was INCREDIBLE and I’m so glad we found her on this app. We went away for a long weekend and she sent regular (and super thorough) updates on how our dog Bowser was doing along with a ton of photos and videos. We’ve only left him once before so we were really stressed about it, and Katy made us really happy and comfortable. Our dog is also an English bulldog so he’s pretty high maintenance. She managed him so well - wiping his wrinkles multiple times a day and giving him his eye drops. The entire time I felt like Bowser was in great hands. She spent every moment with him, either sitting on the balcony, playing on the floor, or snuggling on the couch. And she taught him a new trick (lay down)! She went so far as to hand feed him when he wasn’t eating as much as he should be (he gets really anxious when we aren’t home). Katy treated Bowser with so much love, patience, and compassion. I highly recommend you choose Katy to look after your fur child!

Katy was great with my two shy foster cats. I appreciated her thorough updates and pics. I'm sure if you asked my cats they would give her a 5 star review as well. I would highly recommend her and I will be using her in the future again when needed.

Katy was so kind and patient with our elderly, ailing cats (and their anxious owners!). She was very communicative and did an amazing job with them, including giving them their medication every day and dealing with their bad attitudes at times! I would book her again in a heartbeat

Katy was EXCEPTIONAL. She took such sweet care of our dog and was so attentive, even checking in with us to see what skills we were working on and helping to teach them on walks. She was an absolute joy and our dog adored her — it gave us such peace of mind knowing our dog was in such capable hands! If you have the chance to book her do not hesitate!

Frodo came home from his walk with full on zoomies running and howling at us and then passed out on the couch for a nap which is his way of saying he had a blast so I’d say 10/10 walk for him! Katy also worked on all our training guidelines we gave her which is great!

I’m glad I found Katy through Rover! She is responsive, flexible, and was sweet and gentle when caring for Chewie. You can tell she’s knowledgeable and experienced with dealing with dogs of all type, especially mine who can be a little difficult at times. It typically takes Chewie a while to warm up to people, but he was instantly comfortable around her. And dogs do have the best judgement! I can’t wait to book with her again :)

Katy did not show when I arrived at her building to drop off my dog for doggy day care. Both her building concierge and I tried to reach her. I waited in her lobby for 30 minutes hoping she would come down and find me after not meeting at her door. After the issue she messaged me saying, “I don’t wait for my clients downstairs”. In addition, her Rover contact number did not work. She seemed very nice and knowledgeable when I contacted her to set everything up, but clearly it did not work out. I was stuck in an emergency situation to find a sitter for my 3 month old puppy before an urgent medical test. I wish things had gone differently.

Fitz loved his stay with Katy and came home a relaxed and happy dog. She was super flexible with drop-off and pick-up times, which made our life so much easier.
