Kaitlyn was great with our 3 little dogs. They are very co-dependant and needy including one senior rescue that requires tricky meds twice per day. She handled it so well and provided lots of tender-love-care to our little doggies in our home staying over every night with them. She sent lots of videos, photos and updates to reassure us and she exceeded our hopes. She will be our regular dog-sitter/house-sitter in the future if she will have us. Superb!

Katelyn has been doing great with Auggie. He’s become very comfortable with her and it’s helping loads with his socializing and stranger aversion. Love receiving all the photos and videos. Especially the daily reports knowing how he’s been doing. Will continue to rebook ☺️

Wow! What an amazing first experience with Rover and Kaityn. We had never had Ireland, our 12 year old Black Lab, puppy-sat before, so we were quite anxious about leaving him with a stranger. Kaitlyn was amazing with him, and with us. She said she loved when customers give lots of information about their pets; and appreciated the 6 pages of "all about our dog" we sent with him. We met once at our house and once at hers because we weren't sure in which home she would be watching him. After making sure Ireland was a good fit for her own dog, which we appreciated, we decided on sending him to her home. She communicated daily with updates and pictures and was great about following our suggestions about what makes him a happy boy. She had Ireland on his birthday and after asking if we were okay with it, bought him a birthday treat for his special day. Ireland wasn't comfortable walking up her stairs so she slept in the living room with him; that was so caring and thoughtful. We have Kaitlyn booked again for 2 weeks next month and we no apprehension sending our sweet boy to her. My husband said to give her 13/10 stars :)

Kaitlyn did an amazing job checking in on our two cats while we were away for a big family vacation! Normally they're pretty wary if strangers but they warmed up to her right away. Kaitlyn made sure we were comfortable as well by sending lots of photos and videos and great recaps showing how our two girls were doing!
