Jinna was very communicative and shared photos throughout the day, which gave me peace of mind. My dog seemed to have so much fun and had a great time with them. Both Jinna and her partner were responsive, caring, and easy to communicate with. I also had to leave my dog with them overnight on very short notice, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They are very trustworthy, and I felt confident leaving my dog in their care. We will definitely request their pet-sitting services again!

Jinna and her husband took wonderful care of my French bulldog, Princeton! He appeared to have a fantastic time during his stay, especially playing with their sweet border collie, Didi. One thing I especially appreciated was how communicative Jinna was throughout his stay. She kept me updated on how Princeton was doing and sent several adorable photos and videos that truly brightened my day and gave me peace of mind while I was away. We had a superior experience boarding Jazzy Girl with Jinna P. She was as consistent with us, providing pictures and video snippets of daily activities, as she was with Jazzy, catering to her storm and fireworks fears and reinforcing her positives.

Jinna was amazing with Pompom! This was our very first time using Rover, and we were a bit nervous, but she completely put our minds at ease. The frequent updates and pictures were fantastic, and it was clear she treated Pompom like one of her own. She had a wonderful time, and we will absolutely be booking with Jinna again. Highly recommend!

Jinna took such good care of our sweet but needy Pomeranian! We received pictures, videos and updates daily while we were gone for a week. Jinna even made her a special chicken and rice mix to eat when my dog was nauseated and vomiting for a day or two. This was only our second time leaving our nervous little baby with anyone other than family and we won’t be using anyone else going forward. She and her husband are very attentive and made it easy to relax and enjoy our time away.

Jinna and Dui kept Nissy for 5 hours today as a way for them to get to know Nissy and vise versa before she stays with them for a week starting this Friday. Jinna sent pictures and a video during the stay to help alleviate my fears (we’ve never left Nissy with anyone but family before). When I picked her up, she was happy and interacting with Jinna’s dog and another dog Jinna was sitting for…which was really a wonderful surprise because Nissy usually just tries to hide from other dogs. Jinna’s house is very clean and pet friendly, she has a great back yard and she is so sweet and gentle, and is obviously very comfortable caring for other people’s pets. I can finally relax and enjoy myself when we can’t take our pup with us knowing she will be loved and well cared for by Jinna!

Jinna was amazing! This was our first time using Rover and leaving our baby with someone else. Reese seemed to have a blast with her dog Didi and her cat. He was very excited to see her again. We absolutely appreciated the frequent and rapid communication, update pictures, and detailed report cards. We’ll definitely be booking with her again.

Jinna has been such a WONDERFUL help! Our puppy, Pluto is a very shy and standoffish. But he does really well with DiDi! I really appreciate the time and effort that she puts into making his day great. If there’s anything of concern, she brings it to me immediately. I love all the updates and detailed summaries that we get throughout the day. And he gets lots of exercise and he has a new play buddy as well! Cannot recommend Jinna enough!!!
