Nugget has stated with Jetaun at least 5 times, and she always takes great care of her, and communicates well with us. She's our first stop when we're looking for someone to take our pup in their home.

This was my first time ever having a sitter. Such a GREAT experience Jataun is very knowledgeable, constantly kept us up to date with everything from to videos and pictures. She made this a very trust worthy experience. Her environment is very clean and spacious for my medium to large dog. Highly recommend, will be back again.

This is Nugget's second stay with Jetaun and like the first was great! She handles Nugget's anxiety with care and compassion, giving her meds and making sure she's comfortable.

Best stay ever. My dog had a great time she was very nice and understanding. She is very knowledgeable about your dog and ask questions to make sure your pet has the best stay.

Responded at a reasonable time when I checked in on my cat. She was VERY respectful and worked around with me for drop off and pick up and sent me videos of my girl. 10/10

Years ago my first foray into Rover was sketch so I never used it. I decided to try again. I’m so glad that I did. I can’t rave about Jetaun enough!!!! She took great care of our boy. We just adopted our Zozo earlier this year. This was our 1st time leaving him with someone. Jetaun was so loving and patient with him. It started off with him being scared and hiding but by day 3 he was right at home!!! Every day she updated us multiple times a day on his progress. She didn’t rush his acclimation but allowed him to get settled on his own terms. She made sure that I was always kept in the loop of what was going on and what actions she was prepared to take if needed. To list how comfortable she made me feel would require more characters than I probably have remaining. She will now definitely be my go to person. She’s very passionate about pet care and it shows in the great care that she provides.

Jetaun is a LIFESAVER. Lemme tell you. I am a helicopter cat Mom and Pepper Jack is my baby boopie. Jetaun was on it both at check-in and all throughout Pepper's stay. I could tell how experienced Jetaun is with feline behaviour by the progress reports she would send and the most minute observation of my girl's moods and behavior. Jetaun will provide a safe, happy and comforting environment for your darling cat children while you travel!

Jetaun was absolutely amazing! We had a last minute cancellation and thankfully she was available. She was so attentive to Denim’s needs and carefully followed all of our care instructions. She sent us pictures and videos the entire visit and we could tell Denim was enjoying himself. Jetaun is not only a great dog-sitter but an overall animal lover who is very passionate. 10/10 experience and we look forward to booking again.

Jetaun was the best for my cat! I had never used Rover before and was really particular about finding someone that noted they work with cats since most of the profiles and reviews I saw were geared towards dogs. Jetaun was a lifesaver. Before the visits, she did a FaceTime with me **while she was on vacation** to meet my cat, Epo, and learn all her quirks and care needs. So nice. It was very apparent just from our conversation and the questions Jetaun asked that she is a cat lover. During the visits, Jetaun sent updates and some great pictures and videos of them hitting it off and vibing. Epo loved Jetaun and I felt so much better knowing that Epo was getting some play and attention from someone that made her comfortable. 10/10 I will be booking Jetaun again the next time I leave town.

Jetaun was amazing!!!! The dogs warmed up to her and was happy to see her when she arrived. She is professional, prompt, courteous, and gentle with my fur babies. I Highly recommend her and I will be using her from now on.

Jetaun was phenomenal! She took excellent care of our 1 year old cavapoo that is used to being treated like a human child at home. She sent us lots of photos and updates to put us at ease. Her home and family were extremely kind and welcoming. We will definitely be booking her again!

Jetaun was awesome! She consistently provided updates for me and made sure all of my pup’s needs were met. She made sure his feeding times were correct and administered his medicine throughout his stay. She was very accommodating and had plenty of space for my fur babe to explore. 10/10 will book again!
