Pet care experience
I'm a lifelong Cat Lady, who has been moonlighting as a Dog Sitter and Dog Walker since I was a little girl. I cared for Nugget (pictured), my grandpa's elderly golden retriever; Dexter & Sophie, my neighbors' adorable cocker spaniels; & Trudy Garland (pictured with her friend mini schnauzer CoCo), my BFFs rambunctious black lab. I have fallen in love with so many wonderful doggies and kitties while Rover-ing for 3 years in Seattle, but am glad to be back East to connect with a whole new pack of pooches! I treat every animal like my own (pictured, my cat Moses typically snuggled suffocatingly close and Noah watching TV/using me as a living pillow). I have been so fortunate to have the BEST clients on Rover and would love to add your fluffs to my roster as I settle into life in Boston.
Reviews
Jessica was great! Our cats loved her, she was very responsive, and took good care of our place.
Jessica was great. We received updates regularly and she made us feel good about leaving our cat home safe and loved.
Jessica was absolutely fantastic. This was the first time I had left my fur baby with someone that wasn’t a friend and it was such a great experience. Jessica and Penny were fast friends, which I was nervous about, because sometimes Penny can have anxiety around new faces. Jessica sent daily pictures and updates and let us know how everything was going without being overbearing. She also house sat for us and left the house immaculately clean. Anyone that is able to have Jessica watch their fur baby is lucky. She’s one of the best!
Jessica was awesome with our dog, Ruby! She was super responsive and Ruby (who struggles with anxiety and fear of new people) took to her immediately. We loved receiving pictures and updates on Ruby throughout the weekend and came home to a very happy pup. We'd recommend Jessica to anyone and look forward to having her stay with Ruby again in the future!

I love to take my client’s dogs on walks and explore the neighborhood together! I lock the doors and set the alarm if available, I clean up after myself and try to leave your home as I found it or better.
Information Jessica T. would like to know about your pet
I like to know about your pet’s likes and dislikes, as well as any rules or guidelines that are firm. For example: no dogs allowed in the nursery or on the couch, no going off leash, or no people foods. If your dog is a barker, a jumper, a licker, etc. I'm a little shy of jumpers and dogs who are aggressive towards other animals/pull while walking, but love every dog with my whole heart! I only ask you to provide a bit of information to help your Rover experience go smoothly: Your address and house key. Please provide your wifi log in information. Please provide the contact information for your preferred vet and an emergency contact (a neighbor, friend, or family member who you would call if the power went out or you locked your keys inside etc.). This information will only be used in case of emergency, but I like to be prepared and want you and your pet to feel as comfortable as possible working with me. Sorry, cats, dogs, and fish only- no birds.
A typical day
Whatever your daily routine is with your pet I try to adhere to that schedule of activities whether it be early mornings for breakfast or a bedtime walk around the block. We go for walks, enjoy treats/meals, give belly rubs, or brush thick furry coats! Lots of hugs and kisses and love, and get out in the sun while we can.
