Was treated rudely by her in messages on rover. She falsely claimed we provided a key to her last time she was hired when we have never done so, and when we called that out, she just didn’t respond rather than apologize for the outburst. Gave us attitude about not replying right away. Tried to claim us opening the garage door before her scheduled time was somehow an issue although she may have come later than that time and not earlier, which didn’t make sense. Garage door was opened each time before her scheduled time with no issues. For a job where she literally just had to give them wet food on paper plates and plastic utensils, and all other things were automated (litter box, water, dry food), she made this stressful for us and also made us think she would cancel last minute. Would not re-hire.

They were fantastic! Great communication and sent pictures and detailed reports of our dog and how he was doing. I really appreciated the honesty and timelines of the reports. I will use them again!

Jes was so great with my high energy GSP! She left detailed notes and went above and beyond to give my dog mental and physical stimulation. Her communication was beyond excellent.

This was my first time having Jes care for my pets but won’t be the last! I have two senior cats that require medication and patience. Jes’ experience in Vet care proves invaluable with the “more difficult” pet babies.
