Wow what can I say that could possibly express my gratitude for Jen and her family for taking care of Carl! Carl couldn't have been in better hands and a welcoming home. I receiving loving fotos every day of his stay - big smiles and comforting sleepy fotos in every picture of him. He really looked at home which made me all the more comfortable knowing he had the best care. He even got a Christmas stocking! Above and beyond. Can't express my gratitude enough. - Chad and Carl!
Jen was attentive to our dog, professional and lovely to work with. Clean house, well laid out for pets, plus a nice, large fenced yard. We were completely satisfied with the care and accommodations.
Jen Spool walked our dog Phoebe once a week for a year, maybe more. Jen frequented our place of business during that time. When Phoebe would see her at the Pub she would dive into the "Jen "space and lap up all the love she wanted and needed. I credit Jen with giving our girl the confidence she needed to become comfortable in any social situation. I was very sorry to see Jen move from the East Bay. Florida doggies, you are lucky she's there. Have fun...... I know you will!
Jen was great! I could tell by her questions and the way she handled the meet and greet that she knew what she was doing. She put me and our dog at ease. Her home was clean. She had a big fenced backyard for play. She sent picture updates. Upon pickup, Georgia was calm, clean and happy:). We will definitely be using Jen again!

We require that all dogs be current on rabies, DA2PP, bordetella vaccines as well as be current on Flea/tick & Heartworm prevention. We need to know if you dog has any medical issues or physical or mental limitations. We also need to know if they are friendly, and where their edge is. We also need to know if they have ever been reported for biting a human or another animal.
A typical day
Every day starts with a potty break and some tlc. Check everyone over to make sure they are all OK. Then break fast...and then rest and then play..and from there the day varies depending on the needs of the dogs.
