it was the first time I used boarding for my 8 year old spoiled rescue dog a chi/weenie.Just for 2 nights .I am a senior and nervous how it was going to go.However I was sent email how it was going and also pictures.When I picked him up ofcourse he was happy to see me but when we came home, he looked around like he was missing something .I think it was too quiet ,at the time there were 4 big dogs at Jennifer's.I was very relieved to see him like this, and I will certainly board him there again.

Jennifer and her family are amazing! We did a greet and meet first, and they made sure we feel welcomed and my dog as well. Jennifer gives updates to make sure we dont worry much! Thank for taking care of Atticus while we were away.

Right from our first meeting, we were confident that Jennifer was the right choice for our dog. This was the first time we’d boarded him in his 8 years, so we were ver picky about where he went. Jennifer kept our pup safe and healthy for an overnight visit while we were on the island for a wedding. She kept us reassured that she was doing well with text updates and pictures. Her family obviously cares a lot about animals and were very conscientious when it came to how the dogs interacted and got along with one another

I'm so relieved and grateful to have found Jennifer on Rover. I booked rather last-minute to make a trip to Vancouver and Jennifer was able to accommodate a meet-and-greet and a 3 day stay for my dog, Penny. She even sent me a photo of my very happy dog before I'd even made it onto the ferry. What a relief! Jennifer's family was calm, friendly, and excellent with Penny, and I was comforted by their ability to manage numerous dogs in the house. I was also very impressed with Jennifer's quick and friendly communication. The whole process was so easy and comfortable and saved me a lot of stress. Milo had such a great time with Jennifer at day care he didn’t want to come home ! He loved hanging out with her and meeting all sorts of new friends. He is typical a shy guy but, really came out of his shell with Jennifer and her family :) We are looking forward to going back next week!
