Everything went pretty well and Jennifer was available right away when I need a puppy sitter. I like her. My only complaint is that she didn’t follow my feeding instructions, I gave her a tub of food and told her it was lunch and dinner ( plus a little extra just in case ) if I wasn’t there to pick up Daisy by her dinner time and I told her half a cup at each lunch and dinner. There was a full container of food that was given to my 14 week old puppy at lunch and she came home and had diarrhea 3 time in the first two hours that she was home because she way over ate. Also she came inside and drank a ton of water immediately when we got home so I’m not sure about her access to water while she was at Jennifer’s. Aside from that she did send me pictures and responded promptly to my check ins.

10/10 customer service, she really cares about your pets as if they were her own!

Dog came back filthy and missing most of the items I sent him with. Sent with a brand new bag of food that should have lasted a month for a 2 week stay and that didn’t make it back. Also missing his harness, leash, and food bowls. Sitter also caged him when that was never part of the agreement as he is NOT caged trained (her profile only says caged during meals not regularly caged). Can only imagine how nervous he must have been. Her communication was awful as I would go whole days without hearing back from her about how my dog was doing when I requested daily updates. Would definitely not rebook

Jennifer is amazing! I have a special needs kitty that needs bladder expressions. She took her time to get to know him and comfort him before the expression. She also made herself available on a weekend with last minute notice. Highly recommend!

This was my third time using her and just as the last few times, Bear had a wonderful stay. Jennifer is so sweet and so is her daughter ❤️

Jennifer is amazing, this was my second time using her and I couldn’t be happier! Bear had sooooo much fun and got so much exercise while he was with her, he almost didn’t want to go home! I highly recommend her!

Jennifer is AMAZING!!!!!! She is so trustworthy. She communicated with me for all the days my dog was there. (total of 3 full days). She genuinely have a love for your fur babies. She has such a beautiful heart. I will most definitely be booking with her again. I was nervous because my dog never been to a babysitter and I'm so protective over my dog and I just moved to Houston, TX and don't know anyone. I was truly thankful to find her. Please book her you will not regret.

I have never had such a terrible experience with a dog sitter. First of all, the missing items. I paid for pick up and drop off. She picked my dogs up with both of their feeding bowls, leashes, and a toy. The toy I knew wouldn’t make it back but the bowls and leashes - well I guess you just never got around to dropping them off but highly inconvenient as their bowls are sized for the feeders and the leash was expensive. Anyway the main concern is the health issues. Both of my dogs came back with fleas which she insists are not in her yard, so they are on her dogs. My smaller puppy also returned with scars all over her body which Jennifer also had no explanation for. She said she would be separating the dogs by size for safety yet sent several videos of my larger dog with smaller puppies even though I expressly advised that he does not get along well with other dogs. Your dogs safety and health are not a concern of Jennifer’s. From what I can tell, she just left them in the yard the whole time. Overall I’m extremely disappointed, I waited a while to write this review because I wanted to give Jennifer time to return their things/ somehow redeem herself but she is unconcerned. If you are considering leaving your dogs with her I would advise against it.

Jennifer was great! Her yard is very nice from the videos she sent of Maple running and playing. Will definitely be contacting her again for future sitting needs.

Jennifer was wonderful with my pup! She had lots of space for him to run around and they had lots of play time. She even sent me videos everyday! I’ve had bad experiences with rover sitters in the past and I feel so lucky to have found her. I’ll be booking again soon!

Jennifer was awesome! I am a very nervous dog mom, and it takes a lot for me to be okay with dropping my dog off. She was very attentive and took care of him like he was one of her own! She took lots of pictures and videos, which made me feel so much better. She’s worth it!

Well… we were in a pinch and needed an extended overnight sitter for Stella. Jennifer was just wonderful!! She took really good care of our girl… we also got a check in in the evening with pictures.. Stella’s was happy when we picked her up and was happy to go back to say “thank you” to Jennifer and her daughter. Big thumbs up!!! Thank you so much for giving us the peace of mind we needed.

Jennifer was fantastic. Helped us on a last minute trip and the next time we need a sitter we will call jennifer first.
