Finley had the best time with Jennifer and we felt completely comfortable leaving him in her care! She walked him, played with him, and snuggled with him and sent us tons of pics. She communicated regularly and was easy to reach. We highly recommend and would book her again in the future.

Sitter was not available at home during the specified window of pickup (1 hour) and did not respond to multiple messages/calls via Rover prior to pickup to confirm. We were left not knowing where our dog was or what happened for several hours. One message was sent at 9:30am on day of pickup and did not hear back until after the pickup time had elapsed. Also, we were charged at an additional holiday daily rate from the sitter when Rover Support has officially advised that Easter was not eligible for the holiday pay rate. Unfortunately, for us, our experience was not pleasant and a cordial attempt to mediate the problem was met with a curt response.

Jennifer is a sweet kind person who truly loves all the animals in her care, that is apparent. She kept our Casey for 2 nights and he received lots of love. He came home happy and healthy. Unfortunately she overlooked giving him his daily medication (all of it was returned to us), and we are disappointed in that one thing. Other than that we were satisfied with her care.

Jennifer took very good care of Larci, she had lots of fun playing with tennis balls and other puppies and got a lot of love!

My pebbles adjusted to Jennifer & her family immediately. I was a little skeptical because this was my first time utilizing this service & I am also a new owner of pebbles, Jennifer made the transition very safe & comfortable for myself as well as pebbles. I received consistent updates as well as pictures for me to capture all her moments while I was away. I am very thankful to have come across Jennifer when I did. Very grateful for her services. I am a new puppy mom to a very sweet girl Olive. This is the first time I have ever been away from her and Jennifer made that first so much easier than I could’ve ever imagined. She was communicative from the jump, she was so incredibly kind, she was enthusiastic and informative! She (Jennifer) got hurt prior to our pickup time, which she organized to be earlier so I could have more time, and STILL made the pickup with my sweet Olive happen. I consider myself lucky to have come across Jennifer for my first time having Olive away from home. She is gracious and friendly and will definitely be our go-to from now on and I have a feeling Olive will be more than happy about that. BOOK HER!!!

Jennifer honestly was the best pet sitter we have booked. She provided updates and pictures of my dogs Roxy & Raleigh daily and also sent them home with two additional new toys. Once back home they both passed out from they're eventful weekend stay. What better boarding could a dog owner asked for? We will definitely be using Jennifer the next time we need a sitter!

Best. Pet Sitter. EVER!!!!!! Never have I had such an amazing experience with pet sitter as I have with Jennifer! She is so quick to respond to any and all questions with upmost professionalism and good humor to boot! Jennifer updated me frequently about Venus, that while even though I missed my fur baby, I knew she was in such good hands that I could enjoy my trip without a single worry. Jennifer and her family are also the most welcoming and kind people as well! A complete joy to be around every one of them! When I picked up my girl, she was so happy around them I knew that she was treated just as if she was their own dog! On top of that Jennifer was amazing with making sure my girl took her medicine and was very attentive of her as she was recovering from a recent surgery. And wait there's more!!! Not only is Jen a peach to work with, she even made me the cutest custom collage of my girl during her stay!! 10/10 would recommend, and top of my list of who to contact next time I'm out of town.

My two pups (one 90lbs, one 10lbs) had a blast with Jennifer. They came home extremely happy, and clearly enjoyed their 4 days with her and her family. Would highly recommend for dogs of any size. Clearly loves every pet like her own while they are there.

Jennifer is great with Sadie! Sadie enjoys playing with her fur baby and staying over. She gets a lot of walks, attention and cuddles. She took the toy Jennifer gave her when she went back for the next visit.

She took great care of Max and kept me up to date. Really went above and beyond even gave him a bath. Would rebook in a heartbeat.
