Great communication

Jenn is great with our dog Maui. She’s always happy to see Jenn and go for a walk.

Jenn was great with our neurotic GSD puppy. She worked with her on her fear reactivity and barking and was able to see improvements within a couple of days. I was very impressed by her!

We had a great experience with Jenn. This was our first time using Rover and she was great with communications and sharing pictures and videos while she was watching him. She asked more questions about his routine, eating schedule, behavior with other animals, ability to go on a mile walk, etc. than I had even thought about. Her yard is fenced in and well shaded. I was happy we were able to book Jenn and I swear my puppy came back less "nippy" than when we dropped him off.

Jenn was amazing! This was our first time leaving our cat alone, and I was so nervous. During the Meet & Greet, seeing how genuinely caring she was, and how well she interacted with him, put our minds at ease. She took excellent care of him, and we looked forward to her daily updates. She's definitely our top choice for pet sitting.

Let me start by saying Jenn was AMAZING!!!!! Now let me tell you why.. I am selling my home and had house viewing Friday night and All Sat. The very last min my dog sitter cancelled. i had no other options. Someone told be about Rover. I messaged a hand full of people but right off Jenn had the most/best reviews. Some couldn't do it and some never replied but Jenn was on it. I was iffy using rover and a complete Stanger but i had no choice since it was a few hours before my viewing started. I told her i would be there by 3:30.. Well I was late. My door knob fell off and I lost my keys before leaving I was a wreck (pre home selling anxiety). I don't condone being late for anything but Jenn was so understanding. She was confident in our communication, she answered all my questions and gave me more info to things I didn't think of asking. The professionalism was there. So I dropped my Man child Ewok(yorkie) off and she took it from there. She sent videos and pictures. She let me know small details of his eating and he likes the treats. She had other small dogs and my boy played his little heart out. She DEF put my mind at ease. Her home area was clean and fenced. An when I picked Ewok up he was having a blast. Again thank you so much Jenn, you were such a life saver !!
