We’ve never boarded our blind/deaf 16 year old Chihuahua mix and anxious 1.5 year old Golden, nor used Rover before so we were nervous how they would be. Our Chihuahua mix was nervous with being away from home, but our Golden warmed up to her quickly. Jena was very responsive and updated me on how they were doing. She will be our go-to for boarding!

I was unsure how my senior pup would do with daycare as he’s not used to being away from home. Jena was very responsive and accommodating. She sent photo updates while he was with her and he had a great day with her. We will definitely be back!

Jena was the quickest to respond to any of my booking requests for service. She was professional and responded with me on changes to the service and requests I made afterwards. My dog seemed comfortable with the surroundings even though this was the first time I had bordered her with anyone. I’ll use her again if needed.

This is the second time we have had Jena come and care for our fur babies and we just cannot rave enough about her...Selfishly we want to keep her to ourselves, but she is so amazing she just has to be shared! She is so attentive and pays such close attention to not only their physical needs but their emotional needs as well! Our fur babies love her just as much as we do, and she just has to know that she is part of our family now! Sorry girl, you're stuck with us! ❤❤

I have never been more comfortable leaving our fur baby in someone's care! Jena is so attentive, caring and compassionate. I hope she never retires! I couldnt have asked for a better sitter than Jena! She loves animals and it shows! This was my two fur babies first time away from home so they were nervous the whole time, but they were in the best possible place they could have been while I was away, and Jena made sure to love on them and do her best to comfort them until I got back. Will definitely be using her services again in the future! 10/10 definitely recommend bringing your babies to Jena whenever you need a sitter!

Jena is the best. My pooch absolutely loves her. She's looked after him a couple of times and he comes back happy and smiling.

My dog stayed one week with Jena while I was travelling. He came back to me smiling, happy, smelling awesome, and missing Jena so much he makes me walk to where she dropped him off to catch a sniff of her. Jena was so great, gave me constant updates, got creative with good because we would not eat right, did I mention she showered him? Wish I would give six or more stars.

This was my first time ever using Rover. I might’ve struggled a little because I’m not that tech savvy, but Gina was nice, and Molly seem to of had a good time and been well taken care of.

Jena was amazing!!! Very accommodating, warm & welcoming and not closed minded about our breed. I didn’t feel comfortable just leaving our 2 pups until I knew for sure she would be ok with them. An 80lb Doberman and 75 lb Lab just isn’t for everyone. She had a busy schedule but still worked in some time to keep them to make sure they were a good fit to stay with her. When we brought them back for their stay, Fury was happy to see her which made my heart happy! She was very responsive when I checked in during our trip. We have a couple more trips soon that I will absolutely be using her for!
