Wow - I cannot say enough amazing things about Jeanine & Alex. The main takeaway is that there is zero chance that we would have been able to really enjoy our vacation away without the skill, kindness, and patience that Jeanine and Alex had while caring for Barlow. For context, they took care of our 4-month-old mini-aussie puppy, who has never been left with anyone else. So, this was a very new experience for us and Barlow. At the beginning, Jeanine and I were frequent penpals working through Barlow's challenges in responding to new people in his space and the absence of his owners. Jeanine was patient, flexible, and supportive in working through how Barlow responded to the disruption of his typical routine. She consistently followed-up on changes to his behaviour and perservered through Barlow testing the boundaries. While Barlow eventually settled into his new rhythm, Jeanine stepped up above and beyond to make sure he achieved that even at the expense of her own sleep. It is clear that Jeanine has substantial experience and insight into working with puppies. Throughout our trip, we enjoyed receiving the regular updates and pictures of Barlow looking like he was enjoying himself, learning some new things, and maintaining his current skillset. In many ways, the fact that Barlow's skills that we taught him prior to leaving persisted upon our return is a testament to how much care Jeanine and Alex put into reinforcing positive behaviours. As an added bonus, Jeanine helped prepare us for our return back from our trip by setting up the various treats and meals that help occupy Barlow's attention. It was such a thoughtful touch and truly appreciated. I could not recommend them more and hope Barlow will get to spend time with them again!

Jeanine and Alex did a great job taking care of Neve and our kitties! We got lots of updates and Neve had a wonderful time with lots of adventures. They left our home clean and animals happy.

Great to meet Jeanine. She was very comfortable with managing our dog Neve who has some leash reactivity to other dogs. Seems to have a great feel for dogs of all kinds. Looking forward to having her care for our animals.

I can not recommend Jeanine & Alexander enough! It was my first rover experience & I was very hesitant and Jeanine made the entire process amazing. I felt very at ease throughout my trip thanks to her updates on my dogs. Not only did they send me updates and keep me posted on how they were doing, she actually took the time to work on some training with my dogs as well. I came home to a very clean home and two very happy dogs. Can't thank you both enough!! Thanks for making this experience so great and for keeping Chilli & Leo safe + happy.

Jeanine was very friendly and was so patient with our dog. She was excellent at sending regular updates, as well as understanding our dog’s needs such as going on sniff-walks instead of exercise walks, and that he was reactive to outside sounds and other dogs. Highly recommend!

Jeanine was an amazing sitter for our lil guy, Zuko! She was very proactive in asking questions on how to best care for him and she also actively applied positive reinforcement and reinforcing the reactivity training we’ve been doing while we were away.

Jeanine was great -- I'm already looking forward to having her house-sit and cat-sit again! I have two very senior cats that can be quite shy. It was so reassuring to get updates and photos of the cats being social with Jeanine and Alex. Communication was always prompt and we came home to a spotless house. Highly recommend!

I was really nervous leaving my senior cat and diabetic dog tp new people. They were so great about slowly getting to know my fur kids. While I was away, they took excellent care for my spece. They checked in regularly and as needed if they had questions. They were awesome!
