Jason did in amazing job dropping in on our shy cat. We don't leave her very often so we were a little worried to do so, but his detailed daily reports about her put us at ease and allowed us to enjoy our trip! In the past she has been shy to eat/use the bathroom while we're gone, but she didn't seem to have many issues this time - she must have realized she was in good hands and animals know when someone is trustworthy. We will 100% book with Jason again for any future trips! 🥰

I have a senior cat that needs transdermal medication twice a day. Jason took great care of my cat while we were away for the weekend, and gave informative reports of each visit. When he first came to meet us I could tell that he understands cats - he did not invade her personal space, and allowed her to warm up to him on her terms.
