Jalen was very kind and thoughtful when taking care of my dog! He gave great updates, and went out of his way to help order additional dog food when I hadn’t left enough with him. Would recommend!

My dog and I reviewed a few different options and went with Jalen reading about the energy and keeping things going smoothly, no stress for anyone. I think it was the right choice, I believe Jalen had good interactions with Mia (my westie) and Jalen's dog also was sweet and chill, a nice vibe to leave our dog at their place. Not much more to add, probably on the personal, introverted side all of three of them, so Mia that tends to do well with others but is on the shy side, probably adapted well to them and had a nice 10 day stay. I would not hesitate to contact Jalen again in the future and can recommend Jalen B if you are looking for someone to take care of your dog. Thanks!

The very first time I used Jalen ...after picking my dog up, I realized he no longer rushed out the door before me but waited for me to start walking first. Jalen had taught my dog some manners!

Jalen was accommodating and easy to communicate with. I felt safe leaving my dog.

Jalen was a wonderful pet sitter. His updates were very thorough, something I did not get with our last sitter. I was extremely pleased with all of the detail he provided on how my babies were doing while I was away and the pictures he sent were great as well. My dogs probably got more exercise with him then they do with me. The fact that he takes his "visitors" on walks 3-4 times per day is a bonus that I can't thank him enough for. Also, he was very responsive anytime I sent him a text. I would definitely use him again.

I needed a caretaker for my Yorkie with a day notice and Jalen came to my rescue! He accommodated my schedule and took great care of my pup. I would use his service again.

Jalen did a great job with Baxter. I received updates daily and Baxter seemed to really enjoy being with Jalen and his small dog. I will use Jalen again.

Jalen is also so patient and flexible not only with Percy but also me. He always makes sure that Percy gets the love and attention he needs. I know Percy is comfortable going there and is well taken care of. Jalen sends regular updates throughout the stay and you just know your dog is in good hands.

Jalen was super professional and did everything he could to ensure that I was comfortable with leaving my dog in his care... and around other dogs I didn't know. He also somehow trained my dog to let me lead! He doesn't know this - but my dog now waits for me to lead us out the door when it's time for a walk and doesn't run out first. All that to say I highly recommend Jalen!

Jalen was so great with my dog. I received regular updates pictures and videos which was very much appreciated being away from my dog for 2 weeks. He even agreed to let me FaceTime with my dog. :)) He is very kind & I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

We are so happy that we decided to use Jalen to watch our pup. We were new to the area and had never boarded him for such a long time before, but we could tell he hardly missed us. Jalen kept in constant contact with us and sent tons of pictures/videos. We will definitely be sending our dog on vac there from now on.

Jalen is the dog sitter I've been looking for! Usually Otis has severe separation anxiety and doesn't eat and won't move when I go out of town. Jalen must be magic because after a while Otis's legs stopped shaking and he got comfortable. He ate all of his meals and got playful. I've never had that kind of report when I've gone out of town before. Jalen also sent regular updates and pictures of how Otis was doing. I was able to see my baby being happy. I will definitely be using him again and recommend him to everyone.
