I’ve had pet sitters in the past. Due to health issues my “go to” is not always available. I’ve previously tried Rover and had a not great experience. My neighbors are very protective and watch my place like a hawk when I’m away. They text me when they are concerned about the animals and fill in any gaps they see. And they say a lot with the initial hire. That did not happen when I hired Heidi. She was at the house at the requested times and did a fantastic job providing me status and asking questions. My neighbors watched and did not have one complaint. Although I think Heidi was a little taken aback when they would feed the animals extra food. I would prefer over feeding to feeding at unusual hours. I would absolutely hire Heidi again. She is incredible! They

Heidi is the absolute best! This is my 2nd time using her for daily drop in visits while we were out of town to feed, water, and play with our 3 dogs w/ the 60 minute add-on. We have never used anyone other than family and neighbors to help so I was very nervous about someone that didn’t know us personally and the VERY different personalities of each one of our dogs. BUT let me tell you, Heidi ran with the long instructions I provided and knew exactly what to do! I knew right away she was the right choice! She is so caring and truly cares about animals- that is SO evident! She provided detailed reports and pics every day which was so comforting while we were away. She is our pet sitter for life!

We first booked with Heidi back in July 2025 for a weekend. We had recently moved back to the area and needed to find a new sitter for when family isn’t available who typically help out with our dogs. We were SO impressed (the updates, the games and activities for the dogs, the pictures, the homemade dog treats, etc!) that literally the next weekend when we were going out of town and family was going to keep our dogs we changed our minds and rebooked Heidi! Well we just got our dogs back after their third stay and basically I’m worried one of these times the dogs won’t want to leave to come home!! They love it there and I feel so reassured they’re in good hands when we’re gone. Heidi goes above and beyond taking care of our guys and we will always book with her!!

Heidi was very communicative and responsive. She let Frankie sleep with her on the bed and even fed him a special gourmet meal full of fiber so he would poop easier! I would book with Heidi again

Heidi was an awesome sitter for my dogs and house! It was important to me that my dogs stay at home where they're most comfortable while I was away. Heidi kept them on their normal routine, learned their different personalities and quirks, and gave them daily enrichment activities and treats. She messaged daily with photos to keep me informed. And I came home to a house exactly as I had left it - maybe even a bit cleaner. I will definitely look to book Heidi again the next time I have to go away and leave my pups.
