Heather did a great job looking after my cat! I was gone for 3 weeks so this was no easy task, the the updates and photos heather sent throughout my trip made me feel at ease that my cat was in good hands.

Heather was absolutely wonderful !!! I had never used Rover before but needed last minute coverage for 4th of July weekend. Heather was reliable and detailed with the booking process and instructions. My dog is still young and high energy, but she handled him with care and love each visit. Also, I love that she sends so many pictures from each drop in, so many cute moments !!! I would definitely recommend and be booking with her again.

Heather was so great with our lab Cali. Cali is shy with new people and she was very patient with that and very attentive to Cali. She brought us much peace of mind with having her come check on Cali during the day. Definitely would use her again!

Heather was available in a pinch and did great with our dog who is a handful!

Heather has done a great job walking my pup. She’s very thorough and makes he has plenty of water, his paws are clean, and always takes lots of pics. I’ve rebooked her several times

Heather took care of my Yorkie Poo while I went on an international trip. I met her a couple weeks before outside her apartment (she didn't invite me in) with her Aussie, and my dog Daisy (12) and her were fine together. Daisy has never had problems with other dogs, and her Maltese sister recently died so she has always been around her. She also has no teeth left after dental surgery, so she can't be a threat to other dogs. Heather said she only has a max of 3 dogs at a time, hers and 2 others. I did tell her the only concern was she can get low blood sugar if she doesn't eat enough and to give her a little honey if that happens (in very rare occasion). So a couple days prior to Daisy being boarded Heather shared a photo of a dog that looked similar to Daisy and I responded, perfect...or something along those lines. When I dropped Daisy off the day of my flight Heather came out and acted strange, asking me how she is with other dogs. I had already gone over all of this with her, and she even said something like, "are you sure about this". I was like, I am sure I am catching a flight in a few hours, so there was no turning back now. I said, I don't understand, what are you afraid will happen? She can't hurt anyone, she is 5 pounds. So Heather took her, and a few hours later was texted me saying she wasn't eating or drinking, and added (while I was at the gate for my 14 hour flight) "I hope she survives". I went into a panic, saying what do you mean??? And after asking chat GPT, it assured me this was normal, she would be fine, it would only be concerning if 24 hours passed, etc. So she was fine, eventually drank water and ate, but much of the trip felt like alarming updates with her being constipated, her peeing in the house, and "does she normally do this?". I said if she is left for a long time she will, but she is definitely house trained, and lets me know by running to the door and running in circles. She also was going to crate her right away, saying she was "walking through the apartment and getting lost"...which I also just found odd. It was alot of back and forth about the constipation, "swollen anal glands" and each time I would ask Chat and get reassurance, and screen shot chat's responses which gave things to check for which resulted in back and forth shots of her anal glands which were a little swollen and then fine the next day. Every time you get a photo, it comes through in text and email, and I honestly have about 20 correspondences which some were comforting, but many triggering that gave me everything but peace. She responded to my Chat screenshots with that she has chat also, so I don't understand why she acted so overly panicked with normal things. I am grateful she took care of her, and that she did "survive". She had all 5 star ratings, so I was really surprised by this communication as a whole.
