Heather has been absolutely amazing, above and beyond fantastic with our Collie, Bella. She arranged additional visits to put us at ease but also make sure that Bella was happy so the transition to staying was smooth. Heather has such a caring and kind approach that allowed me to go on holiday confident I know she’ll be so well looked after and getting all the cuddles and walks she needs. I loved that Heather just really knows dogs and I got a lot of reassurance that. I’d leave Bella with her again in a heartbeat. I’m pretty sure Bella is slightly gutted to be home! This was the first time leaving my dog with anyone other than family so I was nervous. Heather took the time to meet me and make sure she would be able to care for Lenny and that he would be comfortable with her own dog before agreeing to the booking. She kept in touch by sending photos and updates during his stay and I knew he was in safe hands, will definitely be booking with Heather again

This was our first experience of leaving our dog who has just turned a year so we were understandably a little anxious. However heather took the time to get to know us and Belle before we went. She regularly updated us (daily) along with photos and told us what they’d been up to. Belle clearly had a wonderful time and we would definitely recommend heather (and ruby) to anyone looking for a sitter. We are already booked up for our next trip and won’t be anxious this time. No matter the challenges, Heather is always up for the task, ensuring that the love and care I have for my pets are mirrored in her actions. Poppy had a lovely stay with Heather she took her to a doggy field to have a run around socialising with other dogs. She sent me updates and photos each day. I will definitely use her again if need a dog boarder. Thanks so much Heather x
