First Overnight Stay with Heather – A positive experience for Rafiki and Zuri! We were a little nervous about Rafiki and Zuri’s first overnight stay away from home, but Heather made the entire experience so much easier and reassuring! From the moment we dropped them off, we could tell they were in great hands. Heather made sure both pups felt comfortable and loved, and we got regular updates with adorable photos and messages, which really eased our worries. The overnight accommodations were clean, cozy, and spacious, and we could tell that Heather had set up a safe and fun environment for them. It was clear that Heather tailored the experience to their individual needs, and we were so grateful for her thoughtful care. When we picked them up the next day, both pups seemed happy and well-adjusted—no stress at all! It was the perfect first overnight experience, and we know we’ll be trusting Heather with their care in the future. Heather is truly incredible. My pup Fitz had an AMAZING time with her. She was attentive, kind, and very thorough with intake information. I have to say Heather took the best care of Jasmine while we were away for two weeks. Got lots of updates daily, she really knows how to transition pups into her care.
