Worst experience ever. She injured my small, gentle dog. Avoid at all costs!!
They were very nice, and the three daughters really seemed to enjoy Lucy and I know she would enjoy them. Lucy was fine when we returned. I recommend them.

Sarah and her daughter came over to watch our puppy while we went out for the evening. They were great with her: played with her often, took her out on all of her potty breaks, fed her, and sent lots of text/photo updates. She was very well cared for and she is a great puppy sitter. The only reason I am giving 3/5 stars is that it became apparent they were snooping around the house a little. Not long after we left, my girlfriend came back in because she forgot her phone. When she came in, she saw the daughter was walking around our bedroom by herself. It was a little off putting, as no one was with her, but we ignored it. The following day, we realized a lot of little things were moved around in the apartment: items on dressers, an unopened bag of chips we just bought was now opened and eaten out of, etc. Nothing valuable is missing, to be clear. It was just a little odd knowing that one of them may have gone through our things.
Took my two Welsh Terriers, Eva and Missy, for a week I was out of town. The care and loving they received was more than expected. Daily updates and pictures were shared and already looked happy and loved. Thank you again. Will use their services again most definitely!
Sarah was very flexible and accommodated us at the last minute! Our dog had a great time!

Sarah was great! We needed a last minute sitter and she came through for us with no hesitation. Unbelievable!!! I highly recommend her. Thanks again Sarah!
As a first time user of Rover, we didn’t really know what to expect other then the good reviews we’ve heard from friends who have used it. Sarah was very communicative at first and shortly after we dropped our dog off communication quickly dissipated. Our concern was slightly heightened when the agreed upon pickup time was not going to be followed and delayed communication continued. Red flags continued to go up as it could be inferred that the dog had been left out for an extended period of time without access to bathroom relief. I was given the option to use the back door which was always open to pick up Clementine ourselves. When I did, I found 5-6 dogs all free roaming in a dark house that smelled of urine. Clementine is house and crate trained and it was evident none of the directions provided were followed with regard to eating, crating, walking, etc. I was also dismayed to see that she had her gentle leader collar (for training on walks only) on and had for an extended period of time. The strap had fallen and was extremely tight around her neck. Shortly after we brought her back to our house she urinated for a lengthy period of time , was stressed, smelled like odor-covering spray, and was not behaving normally for the next 24 hours. This has never been her pattern when we have left her with other boarding situations. Needless to say, we will be approaching our next care opportunities even more carefully in the future.

She was very polite and easy to deal with. Roxy seemed happy when she came home and well cared for while I was gone.
Sarah took great care of my senior pups and was very accommodating with drop off and pick up times. Hope to use her again in the future!
Rocket looked healthy when I picked him up, and she sent me lots of pictures of him hanging out in their big backyard. Lots of room for him to run around.

Smithy had a great time, thank you!
We are so grateful to Sarah for being available on a short notice! She and her family took great care of our Max. He came back home very happy. We could tell that he was well taken care off. Sarah provided almost daily updates with lots of pictures. Thank you Sarah!!
Sarah and her family were great! They went the extra mile to make sure how dogs were happy and content. Also letting us know through pics what dogs were doing.
All went well! Received photos on both days of her stay. Three (maybe 4?) other dogs for ours to play with.

Loved the updates and pictures. Dogs were well cared for!

Sarah was great! She was able to accommodate us last minute when another reservation fell through. She kept us updated regularly on how our dog was doing, even sending photos and videos of him playing and napping. We'd definitely recommend Sarah and plan to leave our dog with her in the future!

This is a family that makes your dogs their priority. Fenced yard means lots of outside time, and they were unfazed by needing to give one of our dogs eye drops. Both Sarah and her husband sent us photo updates each day, letting us know how the dogs were getting along.
Sarah is so nice and responds very quickly! I knew my dog was in very good hands while we were gone!
Great job. Casey had a lot of fun and the pics you sent kept my daughter happy about leaving her dog with a "stranger."

Sarah responded quickly to my initial request and my text messages through out the day, which was great. The only bad thing was that she lives right off of a main road, and her fence has some holes. My 18 pound shih tzu could have easily gotten out if he wasn't being watched 24/7. When I got there and saw the back yard, I didn't feel like my dogs were in a safe place, but i was running late and didn't have time to find a different sitter. I ended up picking my dogs up that same night, instead of leaving them there over night, because i was concerned for their safety. I paid the same price for her to watch them for 8 hours, as i would have if they stayed over night. If you have big dogs, she has a nice size yard for them to run around, but if you have little ones, I would be a little more cautions and probably look else where.
