Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. Despite requesting regular pictures and updates while I was traveling internationally, there was one period of approximately 21 hours without an update, and I frequently had to initiate communication myself. I was also uncomfortable receiving a photo of my dog with what appeared to be weed visible in the picture. I have nothing against marijuana personally, but when I’m paying someone to care for my dog, I expect a safe and professional environment. Pickup was also disorganized despite providing my arrival time in advance. I specifically chose Gina because she lived close to me and was willing to pay her higher rate for the convenience and quality of care I expected. Unfortunately, based on my overall experience, I would not book again.

Gina is awesome! She’s been watching my dog a couple times so I trust her so much with my Harley. Today was my baby‘s birthday and she celebrated her while I was still traveling back home and even brought her some watermelon because she can’t have any cake or dairy because of bladder stones. She went the extra mile to make my baby feel special and her dog Bentley is the cutest. Gina is truly a star sitter and we will be booking again!

This was my first time boarding my 6 going on 7 year old boy so I was a bit nervous, but Gina made the process seamless! Not only was she available last minute for a few days stay, she responded quickly and maintained detailed communication throughout the visit. My Tito can be a little particular when meeting new people for the first time, and he warmed up to Gina immediately. He knew at first greeting he was safe in her care.
