Genie was great, this was our second booking with her and unfortunately we are moving or we would be repeat customers going forward. Great communication, great pet sitting, I even asked my cat if she was good for Genie and my Kiki gave a very enthusiastic meow 😂

Genie was/is amazing, she came by twice a day to give my Kiki insulin injections, kept her company, even tried to accommodate my scaredy cat RALPH who is terrified of everyone under the sun. A++++ top tier pet sitter highly recommended in every regard.

So happy to book with Genie again to watch our cats. The anxiety of leaving them is alleviated knowing Genie takes great care of them. She’s extremely thorough in her check in reports and takes the best photos of our cats.

Genie did a great job watching my boxer Remi. I was sent status reports for every visit and was provided lots of pictures of Remis' activities. Genie stayed at my place with Remi and left it clean and organized when leaving.

If I could give Genie 10 stars, I would. She was great and a true professional. The first thing we noticed during our initial meet & greet was her intention to create a bond with our pets. She came armed with treats and immediately began working her way into their hearts and tummies. She took notes, asked about medical conditions, dietary restrictions, etc. She has great business cards. She has definitely gone the extra mile and it's obvious that she takes her role seriously and with care. I hope she feels as good about her stay with Cliify and Luna as we do because it really takes a while for Clifden to warm up to people. I highly recommend Genie and we already have her booked for another date in the next few weeks. Thank you, Genie!

We re-booked Genie through Rover to take care of our cat while we were on vacation, and we couldn’t be more pleased with her service. Genie was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond in every aspect of her care. She meticulously took care of feeding, cleaning the litter box, and administering medication. What truly impressed us was how she consistently stayed longer than scheduled, many times spending an hour with our cat instead of the planned 30 minutes. This extra time made a big difference. For example Genie knows that our cat likes to go out to the deck to breathe fresh air and do birds watching, the extended time allowed our cat to enjoy more outside time. Our cat is usually shy around strangers, but Genie was able to build a wonderful bond with her. From the photos Genie shared, it was clear our cat was calm and comfortable, which put our minds at ease during our trip. To top it off, Genie even left us a thoughtful, well written“Welcome Home” card (touched our hearts) along with some printed photos of our cat. Her genuine care and kindness have left a lasting impression on us. We highly recommend Genie to anyone in need of a caring and reliable pet sitter.

We hadn’t traveled in years because we were so worried about leaving our dog and spicy, antisocial cat. Genie was amazing—thorough, prepared, and totally unfazed by our senior dog’s meds or our cat’s drama. The updates and photos we got first night completely put us at ease. Genie is super communicative and professional. From the first meet and greet she left a good impression— bringing a clipboard with a document to take notes about the pets and their needs, and going out for a walk with my dog Lilo to see what she’s like and prepare her for when we would be away. We also got lots of updates and pictures each day while we were gone, and it seems like the pets were comfortable with her since they even began to cuddle in bed togrther in the morning.
