Susan is AWESOME! My dog has never stayed with anyone except for family, but I found myself in a pinch one day and needed somewhere for him to go, and I'm so glad I chose Susan! I have a large dog and I always get anxious about taking him new places because he has a lot of energy and plays rough and I never know how people are going to react, but Susan is a true professional. It is obvious that Susan's number one priority is your dogs safety and well being while they are in her care. She takes time to get to know them herself before introducing them to other dogs and she is well versed in picking up on the animals behaviors and personalities. Every time I pick my dog up from Susan's he is happy (and tired!!). She is very accommodating with schedules and has very graciously put up with some early mornings for me. I have no nerves about leaving my baby with Susan as she does a wonderful job putting your mind at ease, my dog LOVES her, and she will remain our go to sitter!

We did 2 days one night for the first time and everything went well. Susan was responsive and flexible with drop off and pick up times. We had a good first time experience .

Susan is a warm animal loving person. We left our 2 eight month old puppies with Susan for a week to go on vacation ( first time away from us!) and we received regular updates with videos/photos of how they were doing and even some friendly advice considering she knows a lot about animal rehabilitation and socialization. My two boys came home happy and more socialized than they were before which was an additional perk! I look forward to leaving my babies with Susan again, happy I found her!

My family went out of town for a week and I needed someone to take care of my dog while I was at work. I googled for a while and discovered Rover.com. There were many choices but I finally found Susan. After reading about her and her many positive reviews, I decided to give it a shot. It worked out great. Susan is a wonderful person and over-the-top animal lover. Our dog instantly became her dog as well. So much so that she would race out of the car every morning yearning to be with Susan. It is good to know that there is such a good person around to take care of our pooch should the need arise again.
