This was our first time using Rover, so we were a bit nervous having a stranger in our home with our dog. Mason made the experience a positive one. Communication was great, and we really appreciated the photos and updates while we were away. Our home was just as we left it, and our dog seemed happy and comfortable when we got back. Overall, we were really happy with our first Rover experience.

Erin and Mason were wonderful. We felt confident immediately that Bella was in great hands. The regular updates in photos and videos were much appreciated. We will definitely have her stay with them again.

Erin and Mason were wonderful with Loki! Erin took the time to ask lots of questions beforehand so I felt confident leaving him with them. They sent plenty of photos and videos throughout the day, which gave me so much peace of mind. Loki had such an enriching day playing with their dog, Ghost, exploring, and having fun and he came home happy and completely tired out. They were also very accommodating when our drop-off and pick-up times changed. It’s clear they genuinely care about the dogs they look after and treat them like their own. We’ll definitely be booking with them again!

Erin was amazing. She provided lots of updates and made sure to communicate with me or ask questions if needed. She provided lots of exercise and mental stimulation as well. Was super accommodating, polite and just overall a pleasure. My pup had a great time and I would 100% book her again.
