Super fantastic! Daily updates were fantastic with pictures to show they were doing great. Worked with us when we ended up having to extend their stay for an extra night. Went above and beyond to make sure our pets were happy and well cared for. Would 1000% recommend.

I appreciate that Eric was very flexible with drop off/pick up times and sent pics to update me. However, I could tell my pup was over fed because her belly was bloated. She is looking better after multiple trips outside (?) so I would book again since the sitter apologized for the mistake and my pup seemed happy when I picked her up.

Eric was great with Monster. He kept me well informed about how Monster was doing during his stay. Sent plenty of pictures to put me at ease. I would definitively recommend Eric!

My baby has the biggest smile ever and he didn't come back dirty like the established dog hotels I normally take him.
