We unfortunately didn’t have a great experience with Emma house sitting our dog. She unplugged our pet camera after we left and had an unannounced guest over during her stay, which we only found out about through our building security. Both of those things during our first visit with her made us pretty uncomfortable. Ultimately it was okay, our dog seemed well cared for when we returned, but it was still disappointing.

Emma Louise is trustworthy, communicative and understands dogs incredible well! Our Bernese Mountain Dog requires extra patience as she is a very sensitive soul with a difficult past. Emma Louise kept our girl in very safe hands, letting our dog progress at her own pace. Will absolutely partner again for care!

Emma was great!! Our dog Cooper is super anxious with new people, but Emma was great about getting him comfortable (meeting him outside and immediately having treats helped a lot 🙂). She sent lots of updates throughout the day, and I felt very comfortable that Cooper was safe and well cared for.

Emma was super responsive and responsible! We had multiple updates on our doggos, who loves Emma. Emma also left the house neater than we left it 😂

Emma Louise took wonderful care of my cat Princess Diana! She was very communicative, sent great pictures and informed me as soon as she saw a potential eye infection. Would be glad to have her cat sit again

Emma has been caring for and walking my cocker spaniel regularly for the past 9 months. She is very kind, flexible, and accommodating. She always sends cute pics of my pup. She is very respectful of my home, and leaves it better than she finds it! I recommend Emma to care for your animals and home.

Emma does a wonderful job caring for our dog, Margot, and cat, Remy! Margot has a lot of anxiety and Emma is very patient with her. She is also not the easiest dog to walk, but Emma is a natural and makes Margot feel comfortable! She always provides several pictures and updates when caring for our pets! I would highly recommend her! We will for sure be continuing to have her care for Margot and Remy!
