Emmanuela has been keeping CoCo whenever I'm away for some time now. At first I was afraid to leave her, but, she was very sweet with CoCo during the first meet. CoCo doesn't interact with many dogs, however she seems to get along great with Emmanuela's fur babies. I receive pictures and videos during her stays and she always seems happy, this is why I always choose her.

Emanuela really came through for us in a stressful, last-minute situation. Our original sitter canceled within 48 hours of our trip, and with a flight to catch, we didn’t have many options. She was able to accommodate a babysitting stay for our cat, Dash, on very short notice, which we genuinely appreciated. That said, there were a few concerns worth noting. We were not allowed to go into the home to see where Dash would be staying, as Emanuela shared that her partner was not comfortable with that. As experienced pet parents who have used Rover and other sitters before, this was unusual and concerning for both me and my husband. We’ve always been able to at least view the space to ensure it felt safe and appropriate, so not having that visibility made us uneasy. Emanuela communicated consistently throughout the stay and sent daily updates, which we appreciated. She let us know that Dash was doing his best to acclimate, but he was not interested in socializing. However, we had clearly communicated early on that Dash is used to being the only pet and has never been around other dogs, and only around one or two cats during sittings in the past. We specifically asked that he be kept separate and not forced to interact unless he wanted to. In one of the updates, Emanuela mentioned that Dash had bitten either her or her partner after being startled. Given the presence of multiple dogs and cats in the home, we believe this may have contributed to his stress and reaction. Overall, Emanuela was responsive, communicative, and did help us in a tough situation, and for that we’re grateful. However, the lack of transparency around the living space and the challenges with managing a pet who is not accustomed to other animals are important considerations for future pet parents.

Emmanuela was very kind and we loved all the photos! Astro came back home tired and happy! We would recommend her to anyone

This was my 4th time booking through Rover, but my 1st time being 100% satisfied with the boarding. My dog finally came home happy, he looked fed and had a good time with the other pups. I will definitely be booking with her again for all my sitter needs. She was awesome!!!! 10/10

Emmanuela did an amazing job caring for my cat. She made him feel at home and gave him time to settle in and explore on his own time. She also provided pick up and drop of service, which worked out perfectly for me. I will definitely be booking with her again.

Emmanuela is amazing! Brownie, a fierce and loud chihuahua lol, is always hesitant when meeting new humans. But he gravitated towards her with no issue. Emmanuela was responsive and even sent cute pics & vids of Brownie hanging out with her pups. Would definitely be booking again!

If i could give 10 stars i would. This was only our 2nd time leaving him with someone else while we were away for the weekend and i was so nervous but Emmanuela eased my mind so quick. The amount of pup updates with photos and videos was overwhelming and i loved every bit of it. I could tell my 3 month old puppy was having the time of his life. My puppy has a bit of separation anxiety as well and Emmanuela handled that so well. She was so attentive to him. If you’re looking for someone to look after your pup i would highly recommend Emmanuela. I will definitely be booking again with her for our next trip!

Breezy found his new second home! The pup dates pics and videos received were so so so adorable and he definitely had a good time, he came back so happy. Emmanuela was great and so attentive- as I was leaving they saw he had some poop residue after he used the bathroom when I picked him up and immediately cleaned it up for me before we got in the car. I truly love how attentive and caring the this visit was! Thank you again! 💕

Emmanuela did an excellent job sitting our cat Peabody, and she was extremely kind and patient with us while we worked out a few kinks prior to his stay.

Emmanuela always takes such good care of CoCo. I wasn't available for drop off or pickup however, I informed her ahead of time and made arrangements. She always sends plenty of videos and pictures of CoCo while in her care and it eases my mind. This was my second time using her and she's the best.
