Emily looked after Ronnie at our place overnight and we’re so glad we found her! She clearly loves animals and was a total natural with Ronnie. She took time to understand his needs and we felt like we could completely relax while we were away. Great communication in the run up to the during the booking, with regular updates and reassurance that his routine was being followed, as Ronnie has a few medical requirements. Emily was super. She went well beyond what I expected. I thought she would just put food and water and clean the litter box but she interacted with my skittish cat calming her down. I will use Emily in the future and would recommend her to anyone.

Emily looked after my dog, Scooby, for a few days while I had to travel for work. Scooby took to her immediately when they met prior to the booking and during the house sitting she kept me up to date with messages and photos. Came home to a very happy Scooby and will absolutely be booking again

This was our first time using a service such as this, usually a family member is available, but this time we were stuck. I read Emily's existing reviews and took the plunge. Well, she is our little cat whisperer 😻 and we will 100% be using her again. Our cat Ruby, is very nervous, most visitors don't see her as she'll hide, and they certainly wouldn't get to interact or stroke her. Emily came morning and evening to feed her and at every visit we received multiple pictures of Ruby playing, taking treats, nuzzling into her hand and even laying on the floor with her tum exposed - Ruby clearly felt same and liked Emily very much 💕 We met Emily the week before going away and instantly liked her, as did our two year old little girl, who Emily was also a hit with 😊 We handed over our key and alarm fob after showing Emily everything just once - all ran smoothly, house was secured and Ruby not just fed but cared for. Thank you, Emily!!! We will definitely be in touch again ✨

Emily was fantastic with Mr. Gold during his walks. She was punctual, friendly, and clearly experienced with dogs. Mr Gold is a calm and gentle soul, and Emily matched his energy beautifully — they seemed to get along effortlessly. Even though this was just a walking arrangement, Emily made it feel like more. Her communication was excellent, and I felt completely confident that Mr Gold was in safe hands. He came back from each walk happy and relaxed, which says it all.
