Ella house sat our two pups for 5 days. She had a lot to contend with as our eldest takes numerous meds, (which Ella managed stirlingly) but also the comings and going of family members who help care for an elderly relative who lives with us. On top of this Ella had significant personal issues within her own immediate family which she did not allow to interfere with her professionalism. Ella deserves nothing less than a 5 star rating and we would not hesitate to recommend her or use her services again in the future. Thank you Ella for taking such good care of 'our boys'. Ella is very lovely and sweet. She came round for an initial meeting before doing the house-sitting! She got on very well with our cats and our dog Bombadil absolutely adored her! We came back to a very happy/tired dog which is always welcome! Will definitely be using Ella’s house-sitting services in the future!:)
Ella is friendly, polite and reliable and always responds to messages in a timely way. She asked questions to ensure she understood Rupert's needs and I feel very comfortable leaving him her care for a week. I will be asking Ella if she can care for Rupert again.
Ella looked after our cats wonderfully while we were away, even managing to get them to play and stay still long enough for a photo!
