Elena was amazing!! We were traveling abroad and Elena was super accommodating with the way we communicate. I suggested to use a social media platform to communicate since we won’t be receiving text messages. Elena sent us multiple videos and photos everyday and kept us posted with the various activities they did. I felt extremely at ease during the entire trip. Every time when I thought of emma (which is a lot) and I go to check my chat with Elena, I would see that Elena sent me new photos already! Thank you so much Elena for taking care of her!! Emma definitely looked like she had a amazing time with you. ❤️

Elena was great with Lilo, took her upstate and got her tons of exercise and outdoor time. Also helped me out in a bind with scheduling.

Talk about a pampered pooch experience! We are new to NYC and were on the search for the Mary Poppins of dog care for our 12-year-old family dog. We found her. Elena provided great care for Dexter, including daily hikes and plenty of affection. I deeply appreciated the above-and-beyond approach from an initial meet and greet prior to the stay to her picking up and dropping Dexter off. She sent videos and pictures of her time with Dexter throughout the stay. His care was never in question. We will absolutely book Elena again.

Elena was absolutely amazing. She came highly recommended from a close friend and we were so lucky to have her take our pup and provide equally as much care. We got tons of updates throughout the stay and it is clear she’s incredibly attentive and Al dogs are well taken care of in her home

Elena was really awesome with my dog. My pup doesn’t often leave my side and she was quick to put me at ease that he was in good hands. Elena was very communicative, sent tons of photos and videos and seems very well experienced with dog care. My dog can get a little anxious when I leave and she was great with handling that - told me about a few tactics she used to make him comfortable and happy. Best vacation for Mr Jones

Always feel great leaving Jones with Elena and family...I think they love him almost as much as we do. ;)

We could not possibly have asked for a better sitter than Elena! We were in a last minute jam after a boarding facility canceled on us and she was able to watch our beloved 1.5ytr old golden for a full week with just a few days notice. She sent dozens of videos and pictures of them hiking and having a great time every day. This was our first time using Rover and we never once felt uneasy or worried...in fact, it looked like Fitz was having the time of his life in the Catskills! We are so happy we met Elena and will certainly be using her again!!! We can't recommend her highly enough!!

My dog had a fun weekend with Elena. She picked my dog up in the city and then took her upstate where they enjoyed a bunch of outside and play time. Elena sent many videos and photos and updates and was very easy to work with. I’ll definitely ask her to watch my dog in the future.

Elena and family are the best. She sent us daily pics and videos of Mr Jones playing with the other dogs, going for walks and just chilling with the family. He may have had a better vacation than we did.

Elena and her husband were wonderful with Penny! She sent lots of updates and took great care of my pup. Highly recommend!

Elena was super amazing with Sushi. From the pictures and videos she sent through out the day; we can tell that Sushi had a lot of fun and Elena gave Sushi so much love and attention and care for the day. For sure We will look for her again in the future if we need a doggy sitter around JT area. Very highly recomend her if you are looking for a dog sitter when you’re in need of one around JT area.

Elena was the dream sitter for our dog Ellie. We think Ellie had a better vacation than we did, hiking everyday in the Catskills and exploring the woods. Elena provided numerous photos and videos daily, kept us updated on how she was settling in and behaving/eating which kept us at ease. Ellie isn't an easy dog to manage and Elena was experienced and just what we needed! Would highly recommend Elena to anyone. Thanks for everything Elena!

Elena is a wonderful dog sitter and she puts a huge amount of care and planning into her weekends. She took our dog Lincoln up to the Catskills for the weekend and it was like he was at dog camp - going on hikes twice a day, playing outside on the patio, and getting an amount of outdoors time that he doesn’t get to experience in NYC. She was careful to pair Lincoln with other dogs that she already knew and felt he would get along with, which was very appreciated. She send lots of pictures and videos which makes you feel at ease. Definitely would recommend Elena if she’s available.

Elena is the absolute BEST of the best! It’s clear that she treated Chelsea as if she were her own - with love, patience, care, and kindness. She was so thorough with her communication, and sent plenty of photos and videos to make sure we knew that Chelsea was thriving, happy, and feeling comfortable. We appreciated Elena’s honesty and straightforwardness before, during, and after Chelsea’s stay. Our pup came back to us looking relaxed and at ease. We are eternally grateful to have found Elena on Rover!

Elena was WONDERFUL with our pup. Walks, hikes, playing in the city, and playing in the country - our dog was living her best life while we were on vacation. I didn't worry AT ALL. With lots of texts and photos it was very clear that my dog was not only safe but very happy. Definitely will book again!

We were nervous about leaving Maurice with someone new, but we felt after our meet and greet that Elena was a true dog lover and would be perfect. Even so, Elena exceeded our expectations. She was superb, with great level of communication every step of the way, including multiple daily photos and videos of Maurice having a great time up in the Catskills. Our only concern is that now that he is setting back in to normal life that he is bored! Perfect experience. Elena is a gem and we will certainly call on her for our boarding needs in the future.

Elena was the absolute best boarder we could have imagined! We felt completely at ease leaving our dog, Hudson, with her while we went on vacation. She regularly keeps you updated on your dog's schedule with pictures and videos - we felt like we were still able to "see" Hudson every day! I would highly recommend her to anyone - and will definitely request her services again myself!
