Hailey seemed like she was going to be a great sitter. I was coming in from out of town and we had been communicating frequently. When I told her I was an hour away she stopped responding. I messaged and called numerous times. I went to her house no response. Again I had updated her regarding my arrival time and she was responding until the last hour. She never contacted me after to explain what happened. I suggest you thoroughly read all reviews very carefully I wish I had. After an 8 hour drive I had to scramble to find another sitter. Which I lucked out and found the best sitter possible but still had to drive an additional two hours to get to them. Whatever her reason there is no excuse. If something came up she could have told me

Haley was wonderful with Cooper! She took him on lots of adventures, and it was clear he had an amazing time. Booking with her was easy, and she kept me updated by sending adorable photos throughout the day, which gave me so much peace of mind. I would definitely contact her again!

Flexible and good communication

This sitter lost our dog. The worry and anxiety that my partner and I had once we landed from our flight and see messages from a random person who wasn't even the sitter saying they found our dog running in the streets. Please if you care about your dog do not, I repeat do not use this sitter. We were able to find a new sitter and someone who was kind enough to take him in. We wanted him far away from the care of this person. He was left in the backyard unattended as a puppy. The sitter also had other people around him who we weren’t even aware of before his stay started. Imagine being on vacation and getting a text and calls that your dog escaped and was running down the street. Something is really off with this sitter and she is not reliable. Our fur baby was put in danger with this sitter. This was absolutely unacceptable and very scary. Thank god to Rover trust and safety team for contacting other sitters while we were on a flight worried. I’m so exhausted as this day was so horrifying.

Highly recommend Ashley. My dog suffers from separation anxiety. I was very nervous when my friend could not watch her on my most recent trip. Ashley sent me photos each day and it was obvious that my dog was very comfortable with her. I plan on using her for my upcoming trips and will recommend her to my friends. Thanks Ashley : )

Hailey was the perfect sitter remedy for an unexpected cancellation from a previous sitter of mine. She provided constant updates on his well-being, along with pictures and videos. Seeing as Cooper is a special needs dog, and that he had a good time, is a huge plus. I would absolutely recommend her to anybody that asked, and will definitely be using her in the future!

I was so happy to know Darby had a great sitter even whilst traveling through states ! Hailey was great and accommodating esp with strangers out of state passing through! She was very quick with responses and was reassuring when we dropped him ! This was a great unexpected surprise knowing he was safe whilst at the hotel ! Thanks so much !

Hailey watched our puppy overnight with very short notice (our sitter had to go out of town). Lincoln appeared happy and content when we picked him up. Hailey was quick to answer texts and sent several picture updates.

Hailey did a phenomenal job putting me at ease with the care for my dog Maisy. I was incredibly nervous as I was leaving the state but she always updated me with photos which really was great. Maisy has a great time and was well cared for and I’d use her services again!

Charlie had a great stay with Hailey! She was very flexible with drop off and pick up time, and our last minute booking. I even got photos of Charlie and his new friend having fun. Next time we are in the Scranton, PA area we will be sure to use Hailey again. Thank you!

Not pleased. We scheduled a meet-and-greet a week prior to her sitting our dogs at our house, and she was late. We left at 3:45 AM for our trip, and she was supposed to be here by noon-ish, but did not arrive until almost 4:00 PM (she was stick in a "storm"). We did not get daily updates during our 10-day trip, only receiving pictures on 3 days. When we returned home the house smelled of dog urine and there were several places where it appeared she had incompletely cleaned up accidents. (If let out regularly our dogs NEVER have accidents). I checked with our neighbor who said that she was concerned because she rarely saw the dogs out, and rarely saw Hailey here. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the dogs appeared unharmed.

Hailey is sweet and caring towards our dog. I also like the fact she has other animals, so he can make friends. We have used her services twice, and will be booking a third.

Hailey was nice and seemed to really like animals. She talked with me on the phone before the visit, sent us pictures throughout our dog's stay, and gave him his medication. She was also quick to respond to texts. There were some issues, however. I made this reservation over a month before our stay, and then touched base with Hailey about a week before our arrival. We were coming from out of town, and so texted her when we got on the road around 9am to tell her we'd be in at 1 or 1:30. She wrote back to say that she forgot we were arriving that day, so made other plans, and would be back around 3pm. She did send her dad to let us into the apartment, and so although not ideal, waiting wasn't a big deal. We got to the apartment, which is a small studio (as stated on her profile) with no windows (so no fresh air). There is also no yard, but rather a parking lot with a patch of grass so dogs can go potty. We decided to wait until Hailey got back to town, because we wanted to meet her before leaving our dog with her for the weekend. When we met her, Hailey was nice, and promised to take good care of our dog. She texted while we were away with updates, and quickly responded when we checked in. The main problem was when we arrived to pick him up on Sunday morning at 9:30, the guy that answered the door (we didn't see Hailey when we picked him up) didn't want to let us into the apartment because it was messy. He let me in, however, because I needed to collect our dog's things. It appeared that they had a party the night before. There was a beer pong table set up, beer spilled on the floor, and there was no water for the dog. The apartment smelled like cigarette smoke and our dog smelled like fruit flavored tobacco vape. His bed also smelled like smoke. Our dog seemed a bit stressed when we picked him up, although he was generally fine. My opinion is that Hailey is nice and cares about animals, but perhaps she could be a little more upfront with guests about their stay (e.g., letting them know if a lot of people will be over during the stay, so they can decide if that's a good fit for their pet).

Hailey took great care of our dog Mumford! He's a senior with some health issues, so we're always nervous about leaving him with someone new. She met with us before his stay, and even provided pick up and drop off to and from our home. I got pictures every day of him cuddling in her bed! He looked like he felt right at home! I'm sure he's looking forward to seeing her again soon; we've booked her to help with some daily walks. I feel very happy knowing that we can go out of town and have someone we trust to take care of him.
