Mary is the best. I feel so comfortable leaving my dog Cassie with her. Cassie is still adjusting but every time she spends time with Mary she comes home more confident. I’m really glad I found Mary for training and taking care of Cassie during the day when I can’t, she goes above and beyond for the dogs!

It is such a blessing to have Mary care for my two little kittens! They are brand new and she takes care of their every need. I feel totally at ease when she is with them. It’s such a weight off my shoulders to have found someone I can trust and that the cats enjoy so much.

Mary is a lifesaver! Simple as that. She swooped in to take care of my little kittens at the last minutes and took such excellent care of them. I’m sooooo grateful to have found her.

Mary was so wonderful with Jax! We were a bit hesitant to have someone we had never met from rover stay at the house with Jax, but we were in a bind last minute and needed someone trustworthy to stay at our house over the holidays. Mary was that and more. She was very respectful with the house, responsive and provided great updates on Jax (pictures, videos, and texts), and made sure he got his exercise in! Jax loved her, we will definitely be using her again and would really recommend her.

I cannot recommend Mary enough! She took care of my two sweet cats over the Christmas holiday, and her attentiveness and care were truly exceptional. Every day, I received detailed updates on how the cats were doing, along with pictures that gave me such peace of mind while I was away. Mary went above and beyond to ensure my cats felt loved and comfortable, sticking closely to their routines and even noticing the smallest details about their behavior and needs. It’s clear Mary genuinely cares about animals, and I felt completely at ease knowing my fur babies were in their capable hands. We have had an excellent experience with Mary and SMP Paws in both daycare and training sessions. She is passionate about providing a healthy, mentally stimulating, fun and educational experience for Lightning. You can tell she is highly committed and that she is somebody with whom you can entrust your fur baby. I will definitely call upon her for extended in-home care of our pets in the future!! And of course more daycare sessions.

Very great pet sitter. Lots of excursion's with our dog and kept us in the loop and gave tips on training Janis. Would definitely recommend her.

Was my first time using Rover. Theresa was awesome. She house sat and took amazing care of our big chocolate lab (Brandi) for 4 days. We came home to a super happy dog and a very clean house. Lots of communication during the 4 days with great pictures. I am very happy with Theresa and will definitely use her again. Also my dog loved her.

Theresa was very responsive from my initial correspondence & we met quickly thereafter. She stayed at my home for 2 days & took care of my cat, Hope. Theresa sent many photos & updates throughout the weekend and took excellent care of my sweet girl! She followed all instructions (feeding, medication, etc) and also left my home very clean! Highly recommended and will use again!

Where to start? Our boarding plans were canceled 1 day before we were set to leave on an international trip. After panic searching Rover for the first time, we came across Theresa who had incredible reviews. She responded almost immediately after we reached out. Have to admit, we were a little nervous making plans last minute and using Rover for the first time. We also have a poodle that gets separation anxiety and can be nervous around new dogs. But as soon as Theresa stepped in, we were so relieved! She is a consummate EXPERT! She knew exactly how to take care of our pup, and they sent daily videos and messages. After a day into our trip, we were finally able to relax knowing he was in good hands. In hindsight, I can’t believe we considered a traditional “boarding” experience, as Theresa and Brad also trained, socialized and attended to our pup in a much more engaging and healthier environment. She even gave us some great advice. So grateful to have met her. We will 100% be working with them on future trips.

Teresa takes great care of my kitty. One thing that especially stood out is the many good pictures and video she takes to help us make sure he is doing fine and the very detailed descriptions she writes to help us understand our cats behavior and mood. 5/5 would definitely recommend.
