Dawn took wonderful care of our cat while we were away on vacation. Our cat is usually pretty shy around new people, but she quickly warmed up to Dawn, which says a lot. Dawn took great care of her while we were away, making sure her food and water were always fresh, the litter box was kept clean, and she got plenty of playtime and attention during each visit. She was dependable, kind, and gave us complete peace of mind knowing our girl was in such good hands. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Dawn again. Highly recommend!

Dawn has such great attention to detail from the meet and greet and day of service! She took notes, made sure she full understood each of our pets quirks and needs and did an exceptional job! She sends amazing feedback and photos. My dog and cats loved her and felt comfortable with her right away. I will definitely be a returning customer! :)

I was so nervous to leave for an overnight trip as it’s not something I do often. Dawn was fantastic at keeping me updated with pictures and photos for every visit and even tucked them into bed. Highly recommend Dawn! She will take excellent care of your babies!

This was my first time using the rover app when I found Dawn and couldn’t have made a better choice in my opinion! I was nervous at first but she was great at reassuring me. She made sure to take notes during our meet and greet and I could tell she really cares by how thorough she was overall in her reports back, not to mention sent plenty of pictures! She even got my shy older girl out of her shell which was great!
