The first two days, communication was terrible. I had to constantly ask for updates, and her responses were delayed. After I spoke with her, she started sending updates more frequently. To be honest, I’m not completely sure how well she handled my dog’s needs since communication wasn’t great, but my dog seemed fine when I picked him up. She did informed that her phone was acting out. However, I’m trusting in some else with my dogs life the least expected is a great communication. Before scheduling the boarding, I was very specific about my senior dog’s needs (he’s a 15-year-old dachshund who’s going blind and has frequent accidents). I know that requires extra care, but she said she was comfortable with it. Unfortunately, it seems she didn’t pay much attention, and as I had warned her, my dog ended up peeing on his bed and on himself I guess that a couple of times. Thankfully, he was okay just smelly.

Courtney is the sweetest. Was very simple and easy to communicate about our baby Zulfi. We also got updates and daily pictures. He got tons of love with her and her family. Will definitely book with Courtney again in the future.

Courtney and her family couldn’t have been a better choice for our first time on Rover. We went out of the country for 9 days and she sent us updates, pictures and videos daily. We will definitely be using her again.

So grateful for finding Courtney and her sweet family on Rover! Courtney and her family did such a great job with our puppy Bash! She was completely communicative about drop off/pick up and sent frequent updates with pics and videos! I love that she socialized him with her kids, family pets and gave him lots of outdoor/potty time! She even sent him home with a party “doggie” bag that included a picture magnet of him, a pet emergency tag, treats and a training toy!! We will definitely be using Courtney and Rover again. 5 stars ⭐️ service!!!

Courtney did a great job she kept me updated sent lots of pictures. I could really tell my pup was getting lots of love I will definitely be using her services again. If I could give 10 stars I would and her baby girl was the sweetest she brung out my dog a goodie bag when he was leaving.

Courtney was an amazing sitter for our fun loving energetic heeler mix! We loved how we received videos and pictures daily. I felt super comfortable and safe leaving our pup with her. Courtney has a friendly and happy demeanor, you can really tell she will love your pets as her own. Margo came home happy and tired !! A tired pup is a happy pup!!!

Courtney is an amazing pet sitter! She is highly knowledgeable and communicative throughout the stays. Courtney goes above and beyond and so helpful with our dogs needs. He came home happy and healthy and even smells amazing :) we will rebook every time we need a sitter!
