I can’t say enough wonderful things about Clarissa! I have three dogs and two cats, and my dogs are not easy to care for. They can be very difficult, intimidating, and wary of unfamiliar people, but Clarissa handled a challenging situation with incredible patience, compassion, and understanding. I was out of town for my aunt’s funeral, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure my animals were cared for during such a difficult time. Her kindness, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile meant more to me than she knows. I’m incredibly grateful for her and would recommend her to anyone

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clarissa did a great job taking care of our dog, Cappi, and cat, Mafia, while we were away. She was punctual with every visit and made sure Cappi received her daily medication. She’s also very familiar with the Rover app, which made booking and adjusting our schedule easy and seamless. Great communication and a reliable sitter. We’ll definitely use Clarissa again!

Clarissa has been our go-to dog sitter and we couldn't be happier. She is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. (not to mention our goldendoodle loves her) I never have to worry when i book her I truly recommend her to anyone!

I hate writing this review, I hate leaving less than glowing reviews, but considering this involves the care of animals I want to be honest. Clarissa is very nice, however while we were away she left our back door open twice and my dogs were able to get outside (I know this because a neighbor texted me that the dogs were outside and barking for hours, and then later Clarissa told be she accidentally left the back door open when she left the house). So the house was open and not locked up correctly. There was also an extreme lack of communication. It wasn’t until I requested that I get daily pictures and updates that, that started happening, and even then the information was sparse. So while yes when we got home the dogs were fine, I will not be rebooking. I know she has a ton of glowing reviews so I’m not sure if this was an off week or what, but it is not an experience I care to repeat.

Clarissa is great with my senior dog and very accommodating with us, even though our plans sometimes change.

Clarissa is an animal whisperer! She had my shy reactive dog extremely comfortable especially after surgery and having to take meds. She was so lovely to provide the best updates.

This is our first experience in using Rover and Clarissa has been fantastic. Our dogs are very shy as we don’t socialize often. Clarissa has been a miracle worker. She has slowly earned their trust and they are happy when she visits. It feels good to know that our girls are in great hands with her.

Clarissa is always so great with our dog. We went out of town and she noticed something going on with our dog. She was very transparent. She was able to take him to the vet and get checked out. This meant the world to us since we couldnt get back. We are truly grateful!
