I had high hopes for Chloe as a pet sitter based on her profile and initial interactions. Chloe is a nice lady and seemed genuinely interested in taking care of my cats. However, there was an incident that led me to cancel my booking and any future ones. One morning, Chloe didn’t turn up at the agreed time. I texted her 30 minutes after the scheduled time, and she replied later that she had fallen asleep but would be on her way in 30 minutes. I appreciated her honesty, and since it was still morning, I was willing to be flexible. Unfortunately, Chloe sent another text changing the visit time to the evening. This was unacceptable as my cats had no food, which I confirmed via my security camera. I had to contact my neighbor to feed them. While I was open to Chloe changing times, I needed to know in advance due to the cats' needs and the requirement to adjust my home security alarm. I requested a full refund as I needed to cover the costs of the new pet sitter. The refund was accepted but I still had to pay Rovers’ cancellation fees so I wasn’t impressed with that. Chloe has potential as a pet sitter, but reliability is crucial, especially when it comes to caring for pets. Unfortunately, the experience was not up to the expected standard, leading to my decision to look for another pet sitter.

We booked Chloe to cat and house sit for a week and she was great! Our cat really took to linking her quickly and she gave us regular updates. We would highly recommend Chloe and will definitely be booking her again, should we need to 😃

Chloe looked after my cat whilst I was on holiday and did an excellent job. She kept me updated everyday with information and pictures and my cat was very happy. Will definitely use her again. Thank you
